Ich suche eine*n Mitbewohner*in für ein 12qm großes, ruhiges und helles Zimmer. Die Altbau-Wohnung ist eine rund 60qm große Zweier-WG im ersten Stock in der Wichtelgasse (16. Bezirk) mit Ausblick in einen kleinen, hübschen Park/Spielplatz. Ein zweites kleineres Zimmer mit 9qm wird gemeinsam benutzt (zur Zeit mit Abstellraum/Werkstatt-Charakter). Geräte, die üblicherweise gebraucht werden, sind vorhanden: Waschmaschine, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Badewanne etc. In der unmittelbaren Nähe gibt es alle erdenklichen Supermärkte, super Bäckereien, der Brunnenmarkt ist in 10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Haltestellen der 44er, 46er, 9er, 2er und 10A sind quasi vor der Haustür. Die U3 ist zu Fuß 7min weit weg. Im Hof des Hauses gibt es außerdem Platz zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern.
Kurz zu mir: Ich heiße Rainer, bin 28 und studiere Politikwissenschaft an der Uni Wien. Nebenbei arbeite ich als Fahrradkurier und bei einer NGO. Ich schätze ein freundschaftliches Miteinander in der WG, Ordnung und Ruhe. Meine Freizeit verbringe ich am liebsten auf Konzerten, im Kino, Ausstellungen oder in einer gemütlichen Bar (Das Cafe Stadtbahn, das Jetzt, Yppenplatz sind in gehweite von der Wohnung). Und natürlich mit Radfahren - auch manchmal für mehrere Tage am Stück.
In der Miete sind Betriebskosten, Versicherung, Strom, Gas und Internet enthalten.

I’m looking for a flatmate, boy or girl or however you self-identify. The room is 12sqm big, quite bright and calm. It’s part of a 60sqm flat, which you’d be sharing with me. The flat is situated on the first floor of an old building on Wichtelgasse, 16th district, with a view of a beautiful little park. There is another small room of 9sqm which is a shared space, currently used as storage/workshop for bikes and art. Kitchen and bathroom got all the stuff you usually need: washing machine, stove, dishwasher, bathtub etc.
We got all kinds of supermarkets in the area and Brunnenmarkt is quite close. For public transport there’s stops of trams 44, 46, 9, 2 and bus 10A right in front of the door; subway U3 is 7mins away by foot. There’s some space in the backyard of the house to park your bike.
My name is Rainer by the way. I’m 28, studying political science at Uni Wien, working as bike messenger and for an NGO part time. I do appreciate a friendly feeling of community between flatmates, orderliness and calm. I spend most of my time going to concerts, to the movies, to exhibitions or to the surrounding bars and of course biking, sometimes for a few days on end.
The rent includes everything electricity, heating, insurance, internet.
