ich werde meine Sommerferien nicht in Wien verbringen, deswegen ist mein feines Zimmer in einer gemütlichen Studenten-Wg von Juli bis September frei.
Kurz zur Wg:
Wir sind eine 3er-Wg und haben unsere Wohnung direkt an der U4 Braunschweiggasse im 14. Bezirk.
In 15 Minuten ist man am Karlsplatz und in 5 Minuten bei Längenfeldgasse, wo man in die U6 umsteigen kann.
Das Zimmer ist 11m2 groß und voll eingerichtet.
In der Wohnung gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Geschirrspüler, die du natürlich verwenden kannst.
Die Miete beträgt 330€ - Strom, Gas und Internet inkludiert.
Dazu kommt eine Kaution von 150€.

Hello dear Vienna-summer-guests,
because I won't spend my summer holidays in Vienna, my cosy room in a students flat will be free from July till September.
About the flat:
We are three students living togehter. Our flat is located next to the U4 (Braunschweiggasse) in the 14. district.
It takes 15 minutes to be at Karlsplatz and 5 minutes to be at Längenfeldgasse where you can change to U6.
The room has 11m2 and is fully furnished.
In the flat there is also a washing machine and a dishwasher, which you can use.
The rent is 330€ per month - everything including.
I ask for 150€ deposit for the room, which will be refunded at the end of the stay.
