Ich bin eine Pensionistin und suche für meine schöne, ruhige Wohnung, in der unmittelbaren Nähe von U-Bahn/Strassenbahn im 14. Bezirk eine freundliche Mitbewohnerin (bitte nur NR). Anbieten kann ich ein kleines aber feines Zimmer (10.5 m2) plus großen begehbaren Schrank (3.5m2). Auf Wunsch kann ich das Zimmer möbliert mit einem Doppelbett, einem Schrank und einem Tisch vermieten. Mitbenützung eines großzügigen Bades, einer schönen Küche & des Breitbandinternets. Monatliche Inklusivmiete 330€. Fotos auf Anfrage bzw. persönliche Besichtigung sind möglich. Ich wünsche mir eine Mitbewohnerin, die wie ich selbstständig ist und dennoch Interesse an Gesprächen und Austausch hat. Das Zimmer ist ab 5.8.2019 verfügbar, jedoch könnte ein späterer Einzug in Absprache vereinbart werden.
U-Bahn U3, 49er Strassenbahn,Bus 51A und S-Bahn Breitensee in unmittelbarer Nähe.
