Hallo ihr Lieben,
da bei einer sehr guten Freundin spontan ein Zimmer frei geworden ist, verlasse ich meine geliebte Gartenhaus- WG und mein gemütliches kleines Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist gerade mal 6qm groß, ich muss aber sagen, dass es für mich gut gepasst hat, weil im Gang vor dem Zimmer gibt es noch einen sehr großen Schrank, den du benutzen kannst und wir haben auch im Haus und Schuppen noch weiteren Stauraum.
In mein Zimmer habe ich ein Bett, einen Schreibtisch und ein Regal hineinbekommen und trotzdem war noch freie Fläche übrig, um z.B. Yoga zu machen ;)
Zusätzlich spricht natürlich neben einem wunderschönen Garten, zwei netten Mitbewohnerinnen und einen lieben Hund auch noch der Preis von 200€ monatlich für das Zimmer. Da ist alles inkludiert. Kaution wäre noch 750€.
Das Haus befindet sich im 14.Bezirk, nähe U3 Kendlerstraße.
Die Mitbewohnerinnen sind Lena (21, machte derzeit eine Ausbildung bei der CARITAS, Besitzerin der lieben Hündin Ginger) und Vicky (19, Soziologiestudentin), die sich abends gerne mal zusammen setzen, quatschen, etwas malen oder einen Film schauen und gemeinsames Kochen ist auch immer wieder mal drin.
Wenn du dich für das Zimmer interessierst einfach melden. Es ist spätestens ab November frei und möglicherweise auch als Zwischenmiete zu haben.

Small room in a gardenhouse for you? 100% COSYNESS- PROOFED – 200€
Hey friends,
as there is a free room in my best friends apartement, i'm going to move there and leave behind my dearloved gardenhouse and super cosy tiny room.
The room is just 6qm, but there is a big closet in front of the room, that is totally yours and even i have a lot of stuff, i could really have all my things there. And if this is not even enough for you, don't worry, there is more space in the house and in our barn ;)
Also in my room there fit a bed, table and cupboard and still i had enough space for doing yoga ;)
So there is a wonderful garden (with an apricot tree :-O – best apricots ever ;D ) two nice flatmates, a cute dog aaaaannnd the room ist just 200€ per month, everything included.
There is also 750€ caution. The house is in 14th district, close to U3 Kendlerstrasse.
Your flatmates are Lena (21, doing a education at CARITAS and owner of dog Ginger) and Vicky (19, student of sociology). They are always ready for shared cooking, movie watching, some creative crafts and more.
If you are interested, just contact me. The room is free from november, maybe even before if you need and also for between-rent.
