Hallo Leute,
da ich im Sommer nicht in Wien bin, vermiete ich in dieser Zeit mein Zimmer. Es befindet sich im Dachgeschoß, ist schön hell und hat ein eigenes kleines Bad (mit Dusche) dabei - und einen Terrassenzugang :)
Die Wohnung liegt in etwa 3 Minuten von der U-Bahn-Station Gumpendorferstraße entfernt. Einige Busstationen sind in der Nähe, zur U4 Margaretengürtel geht man zu Fuß etwa 10 Minuten.
Das Zimmer ist von Anfang Juli bis Ende August verfügbar. Solltet ihr interessiert sein, es aber ein paar Tage früher oder länger benötigen, lässt sich das einrichten. Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 450 Euro, als Kaution hätte ich gerne 200 Euro, die ihr wiederbekommt.

Hey people,
as I will be away travelling this summer, I am renting my room during this time. It is in the top floor, very bright and has it's own bathroom (with a shower) - and an access to our own terrace :)
The flat is very well situated, the subway is 3 Minutes away (Gumendorferstaße u6). There are bus stations close, U4 Margaretengürtel about 10 minutes walking distance.
The room will be available from the beginning of july until the end of august - if you need it some days earlier or longer, we can discuss that. The rent will be 450 euro in total, deposit: 200 euro.
