Das Zimmer hat 11.5 m² und ein eingebautes Hochbett inklusive eingebauter Stiegen unter denen sich eingebaute Regale befinden, ansonsten wird das Zimmer leer übergeben.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 100 m² und besteht aus einer kleinen Küche, Bad, WC, unseren 4 Zimmern und einem großen Wohnzimmer. Wir haben außerdem einen Geschirrspüler und einen Waschtrockner.
The flat has overall 100 m² and consists of a small kitchen, bathroom, toilet, our 4 rooms and a large living room. We also have a dishwasher and a washer-dryer.
The room itself is about 11.5 m² big and has a built in loft-bed also with built in stairs. Underneath the stairs there are also some handy built in shelves. Apart from that the room will be handed over completely empty.
Die Wohnung ist ganz gut gelegen, denn wir haben direkt vor der Haustüre die Stationen für die Straßenbahnlinien 52 und 60 mit denen man innerhalb von 5 Minuten am Westbahnhof sein kann. Weiters liegt die Busstation der LInie 12A ca. 250 m entfernt und auch die U-Bahn Stationen Gumpendorfer Straße (U6), Längenfeldgasse (U4,U6) und Meidlinger Hauptstraße (U4) sind innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem haben wir in unmittelbarer Nähe unserer Wohnung einen Supermarkt, eine Bank, eine Apotheke und eine Postfiliale.
For public transport we've got the tram lines 52 and 60, whose stations are right in front of our house. That is why Westbahnhof (U3,U6, 5, 6, 9, 18) can be reached within 5 minutes from our house. We also have the bus station for the 12A within a walking distance of 3 minutes and also the subway stations Gumpendorfer Straße (U6), Längenfeldgasse (U4,U6) and Meidlinger Hauptstraße (U4) can be reached within 10-15 minutes on foot. Plus we've got a grocery store, a bank, a pharmacy and a post office within a walking distance of under a minute.
Wir sind Eugénia (24), Lars (23) und Lena (21). Eugénia und Lena studieren zur Zeit und Lars arbeitet. Wir haben zwar sehr verschiedene Tagesabläufe aber wenn wir es schaffen setzen wir uns auch gern auf ein Bier (oder 2 :D) zusammen oder schmeißen auch schon mal die ein oder andere Party :)
We are Eugénia (24), Lars (23) and Lena (21). Eugénia and Lena are studying and Lars is working. Even though our schedules are completely different when we have the chance we like to sit and have a beer (or 2 :D) together and we have been known to throw some awesome parties as well :)
