Wir suchen neue Mitbewohner/In für 4er WG
Was? Wie vermieten unser drittes WG-Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein (10m2, mit Hochbett in einer ca 75m2 Altbauwohnung, neu saniert), dafür sauber und hell mit Blick in einen freundlichen Innenhof. Zudem gibt es einen Garten und beides kann jederzeit mitbenützt werden - im Sommer einfach toll! Küche und sämtliche Einrichtungsgegenstände (Waschmaschine usw.) sind vorhanden.
We are looking for a new roommate!
What? We are looking for a new roommate for our flatshare. The room is small (10m2 room in 75 m² apartment, old building/newly renovated) but it is clean and bright with a view to a friendly courtyard (you can use both: garden and courtyard – really great in spring and summer). Kitchen and furniture (bed, cupboard, chair, washing machine etc.) is available.
How much? 260€ rent (electricity/gas/internet included). Deposit: 350€ (you will get it back when moving out).
Wo? Schwendergasse 19, 1150 Wien, 2 Stationen mit 52er/58er Bim zum Westbahnhof (U6/U3) und 12A ums Eck. Ca. 10 min zur Mariahilferstraße, ca. 15 min in die Innenstadt u. ca. 20 min. zur Uni.
Where? Schwendergasse 19, 1150 Vienna, 2 stations with tramway No. 52/58 to Westbahnhof (Metro U6/U3) and Bus No. 12A. Around. 10 min walk to Mariahilferstraße, 15 min to the city centre and 25 min. to the University.
Wer? Eine aufgeschlossene und verantwortungsbewusste Personen fänden wir gut. So sind wir auch!
Wir? Da ich ausziehe, würdest du die Wohnung mit Christina (22, studiert), Obaida (29, studiert) und Erika (30, arbeitet) teilen. Egal ob berufstätig, Student oder irgendwo dazwischen - jeder ist erwünscht! :)
