Da ich im Sommer nicht in Wien sein werde, würde ich mein WG-Zimmer von Juli bis September vermieten.
Das Zimmer hat 15 m², ist voll möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Kasten, usw. das du natürlich verwenden kannst.
Die Wohnung hat eine geräumige Küche, Bad (mit Dusche und Waschmaschine) und einen großen Vorraum, der auch als Wohnzimmer benutzt wird. Die U4, sowie die U6 sind in nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Weiters ist man in 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad in Schönbrunn und dem Auer-Welsbach Park.
Meine/deine Mitbewohner sind Theresa, Martin und Moritz. Alle drei sind StudentInnen. Theresa studiert Soziologie, Martin Mathematik und Geschichte auf Lehramt und Moritz studiert Informatik. Es ist eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre, falls man Zeit und Lust hast macht man etwas miteinander, kocht etwas, trinkt Kaffee, Bier oder was einem sonst noch einfällt.
Falls Interesse besteht, einfach per email: melden, im besten Fall besichtigst du die Wohnung mal.
Because I am not in Vienna in the summer I would rent out my room from July to September.
The room is 15 m² big, ready furnished with bed, table, wardrobe and everything you need, which you can use of course.
The apartment has a roomy kitchen, bathroom (with shower, washing machine) and quite a big hall, which we also use as a living room. The flat is very central, you can go to the metro U4 and U6 within 5 minutes.
My/Your flatmates are Theresa, Martin and Moritz. They all are students. Theresa studies sociology, Martin mathematics and history and will become teacher and Moritz is studying data and software engineering. They are very friendly and outgoing, so if one has time you can do something together, cook something, drink coffee or beer or something else.
