The room is large and bright with view over the park across the street. partly furnished, with a 120 bed a desk and a sofa. The street we live one is quite busy, but we have new isolated windows. Wooden floors and approx. 25 sq. m with own entrance but also a connecting door between the two rooms. Rent is in total per room €366.
Tram 52 and 60 just two minutes away, taking you to Westbahnhof in only 10 minutes. U4 Schönbrunn is a five minutes walk. Bus 57A is two minutes away taking you to the city center in 20 minutes. There is a Billa just 5 minutes from the flat. Hofer 10 minutes away.
We are currently three people living in the WG. One of us studies acting and two of us studies fine arts. We are all friends who hang out, cook together and go out but at the same time there is the space to retract and do your own thing. This is really our home and we take care of it but also look very much forward to welcoming new people! :))

Another thing is that we have a balcony with many plants and also the sun is there all morning and early afternoon. Across the street we have a big and lively park and 5 minutes away is Schönbrunn. A gasstation is also just a few meters from the house.
