Nachdem ich für 5 Monate ins Ausland gehe, vermiete ich vom 1. Februar bis zum Ende Juni 2019 mein Zimmer. Es ist ein schönes, helles circa 18 qm² Zimmer mit Decken-Ornamenten und Parkettboden. Das Zimmer ist außerdem komplett möbliert (großes Bett, Couch, Schrank, Tisch, Kleiderständer, etc.). Das Zimmer ist unter anderem durch das Bad und durch Max sein Zimmer betretbar (durch Max sein Zimmer wirst du aber nie gehen müssen, nur in Notfällen vielleicht. Bei mir bislang nie notwendig gewesen.) Neben einer kleinen voll ausgestatteten Küche gibt es noch Gang, Bad und ein getrenntes WC in der Wohnung. Sie hat insgesamt 77m2 und im Hof gibt es eine Abstellmöglichkeit fürs Fahrrad. Außerdem darf man in der Wohnung rauchen.
It is a bright approximately 18 square meters room with ceiling ornaments and parquet floor. The room is also fully furnished (large bed, couch, wardrobe, table, clothes rack, etc.). The room is accessible through the bathroom and through Max's room. In addition to a small fully equipped kitchen, there is also a bathroom and a separate toilet in the apartment. It has a total of 77m2 and in the courtyard there is a storage space for bicycles. Besides, you are allowed to smoke in the apartment.
Die Wohnung ist in Top-Lage
Verkehrsanbindungen: Die Wohnung liegt nicht einmal 5 Minuten entfernt von der U6 Gumpendorfer Straße, von wo auch die Straßenbahn Linien 6 und 18 abfahren. Außerdem sind es circa 6 Minuten zur U-Bahnstation U4 Längenfeldgasse. Gleich vor der Haustür bleibt der Bus 57a stehen. Gehweg zum Westbahnhof beträgt circa 10 Minuten, genauso zur Mariahilferstraße.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: es gibt einen Spar und türkischen Supermarkt gleich vor der Tür. DM, Hofer, Billa, Apotheke, Trafik, Domino’s Pizza sowie die günstigste Pizza Wiens (Pizza Mafiosi) sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Transport connections: The apartment is less than 5 minutes away from the subway station U6 Gumpendorfer Straße, from where tram lines 6 and 18 leave. It is also about 6 minutes to the subway station U4 Längenfeldgasse. Just outside the front door the bus 57A stops. Walkway to Westbahnhof is about 10 minutes, as well as to the main shopping street Mariahilferstraße.
Shopping: there is a Spar and Turkish supermarket just outside the door. DM, Hofer, Billa, a pharmacy, tobacconist, Domino's Pizza and the cheapest pizza in Vienna (Pizza Mafiosi) are also nearby.
In unserer kleinen aber feinen WG leben derzeit meine charmanten Mitbewohner Max (27, studiert Tourismus an der FH) und Simona (24, hat grad den Bachelor in Translationswissenschaften absolviert und arbeitet nun nebenbei). Die zwei sind wahrscheinlich die feinsten Mitbewohner, die man in Wien finden kann. In der WG hat jeder seinen Alltag und macht sein eigenes Ding. Nichtsdestotrotz hängt man hin und wieder gemeinsam ab. Wir würden daher ebenfalls jemanden suchen, der unkompliziert und offen ist.
You will live with my charming roommates Max (27, studies tourism at the FH) and Simona (24, has just completed the Bachelor in Translation Science and is currently working). The two are probably the finest roommates that can be found in Vienna. Everyone in here has his everyday life and does his own thing. Nonetheless, every now and then we hang out together. We would therefore also seek someone who is straightforward and open. The most important thing is that you’re relaxed 😊
Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt insgesamt 310€ (all inclusive).
Kaution beträgt auch 300€, die du nach Ende wieder bekommst.
