Hallöchen,
Da ich im Februar nicht in Wien bin, vermiete ich mein WG-Zimmer von 2. Februar bis 3. März. Das Zimmer in der 4er-Studenten-WG ist 28m² groß, hat drei Fenster und ist wunderschön hell. Es ist voll möbliert, außer einen Kasten hab ich noch nicht (aber vielleicht schaff ich das noch im Jänner).
Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer, das 24m² groß ist, wo sich eigentlich alles abspielt. Deine superlieben MitbewohnerInnen sind Daniel, Marie, und Juliette, die dir das Monat versüßen werden. Freu dich auf viele Kaffeepläusche und Spieleabende.
Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, man geht 3 Minuten zur Ubahn Station U3 Schweglerstraße, sowie zur 49er und 9er Straßenbahn. Außerdem ist die Station U6 Burggasse Stadthalle auch nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt.

Hello everybody,
I am renting out my beautiful room in a shared flat with other students from 2nd of february until 3rd of march. My room is 28m² big, has three windows and is really bright. There is also a living room which is 24m² big, where we spend most of our time. Your super nice flatmates for the month will be Daniel, Marie and Juliette.
The location of the flat is really practical, you can reach the metro station U3 Schweglerstraße within 3 minutes, as well as the trams 46 and 9. The metro station U6 Burggasse Stadthalle is only 10 walking minutes away.
