ZWISCHENMIETE FÜR MÄRZ - 2 helle Zimmer nähe Stadthalle – 40qm - SHORT TERM RENT FOR MARCH

Ich suche für den März 2019 eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für 40 qm im 15. Bezirk, in der Nähe der Stadthalle. Der zu vermietende Bereich ist in zwei Räume unterteilt, die im Moment als Schlaf bzw. Wohn- und Arbeitszimmer verwendet werden.

Die Wohnung hat einen Vorraum mit viel Stauraum, eine ausgestattete große Küche mit Essplatz und ein Bad mit getrenntem WC. Diesen Bereich wirst Du dir mit Sally teilen. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind voll möbliert, inkl. Waschmaschine. Dein eigener Bereich ist großteils möbliert, die Fotos sind nicht ganz aktuell. Tisch gibt es keinen (in der Küche gibt es einen Esstisch!), die anderen Möbel sind nicht 1:1 die gleichen wie auf den Fotos, aber es gibt jedoch alles was man braucht: Bett, Couch, Couchtisch 😊.

An die WG ist eine Wohnung angeschlossen, in der Evelin wohnt. Diese hat einen eigenen Eingang, eigene Küche, Bad und WC. Die Wohnungen sind durch ein Zwischenzimmer verbunden, das derzeit als Abstellraum bzw. Wäschezimmer genutzt wird.

Anbindung und Supermärkte:
Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 50m von der U3 Station Schweglerstraße, im 3. Stock (ohne Lift, damit man sportlich bleibt).
Die Straßenbahnen 49 und 9 und der Bus 12A sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Hofer, Penny, Spar, Billa, Lidl, DM, BIPA und einige mehr sind innerhalb weniger Gehminuten zu erreichen.

Zu deinen Mitbewohnerinnen:
Sally und Evelin, studieren beide und arbeiten nebenbei. In unserer Freizeit kochen wir gerne, reisen und genießen das Leben.

Der Preis von 500€ beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten, inkl. Heizung, Strom, etc. Exkl. Internet.
(Zwei Details am Rande: Aufgrund einer Allergie können wir leider keine Haustiere aufnehmen. Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung!)

Wir sind eine unkomplizierte WG und wenn Du Interesse hast melde Dich bitte per Mail mit ein paar Worten zu dir. Besichtigungen finden am Mittwoch, den 27.2. am Abend statt. In Ausnahmefällen können wir auch einen Termin zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt vereinbaren.

SHORT TERM RENT FOR MARCH - 2 bright rooms near Stadthalle - 40 sqm

For March 2019 I am looking for an intermediate tenant for 40 sqm in the 15th district, near the Stadthalle. The area to be rented is divided into two rooms, which are currently used as bedrooms, living rooms and study rooms.

The apartment has an anteroom with plenty of storage space, a large equipped kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with separate toilet. You will share this area with Sally. The common rooms are fully furnished, including washing machine. Your own area is mostly furnished, but the photos are not up to date. There is no table (there is a dining table in the kitchen!), the other furniture is not 1:1 the same as in the photos, but there is everything you need: Bed, couch, couch table 😊.

A flat in which Evelin lives is connected to the shared flat. It has its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The flats are connected by an intermediate room, which is used at present as storeroom and/or laundry room.

Connection and supermarkets:
The apartment is located approx. 50m from the U3 station Schweglerstraße, on the 3rd floor (without lift, so
that you stay sporty). The trams 49 and 9 and the bus 12A are also nearby. Hofer, Penny, Spar, Billa, Lidl, DM, BIPA and some more are within walking distance.

Your roommates:
Sally and Evelin both study and work. In our spare time we like to cook, travel and enjoy life.
The price of 500€ includes all extra costs, heating, electricity, etc. Excl. internet.

(Two details on the side: Due to an allergy we cannot accept pets. The apartment is a non-smoking flat!)
