Hannah (21), Elias (22) und ich (Viola, 22) wohnen in einer großzügigen WG (157m2) im 15. Bezirk. Ab Ende Mai wird Hannahs Zimmer für 4 Monate frei. Für Juni bis inkl. September 2019 suchen wir aus diesem Grund eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin (18 – 30).
Das Zimmer hat 23m2 und ist voll möbliert.
Außerdem haben wir gemeinsam 2 große Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, eine Waschmaschine und 2 Badezimmer von denen wir eines teilen würden. :)
Auch die Lage ist super. Wir wohnen im 15. Bezirk, je 5 Gehminuten vom Westbahnhof und der U-Bahn-Station Gumpendorferstraße entfernt. Damit haben wir eine sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel: U-Bahnen (U6, U3); Straßenbahnlinie 5, 6, 9, 18, 52, 60; Bus 57A; Nachtbusse + Züge/Schnellbahnen.
Noch eine Anmerkung: wir sind eine Nichtraucher-WG, Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

23m2 room in generous shared flat – 420€ (incl. operating costs)
Hannah (21), Elias (22) and I (Viola, 22) are living in a generous apartment (157m2) in the 15th district. Starting end of May, Hannah’s room will be vacant for 4 months. So we are looking for a female flatmate (18-30) from June until incl. September 2019.
The room has 23m2 and is fully furnished.
We also share 2 big living rooms, a kitchen, a washing machine and we have 2 bathrooms (of which we would share one). :)
The flat is located in the 15th district, a 5-minute walk away from the train station “Westbahnhof” and the subway station “Gumpendorferstraße”. This implies a very good connection to public transport: subways (U6, U3); tram line 5, 6, 9, 18, 52, 60; bus 57A; night buses & (city) trains.
Note: we are a non-smoking shared flat and pets are not allowed.
