Room in a 3 person happy lovely flatshare, vegetarian/vegan

Vegan Paradies!
15. Bezirk nähe Meidlinger Hauptstraße u4, aber auch der U6 niederhofstrasse ist ein Katzensprung. Einkauf und Genuss: der Schwendermarkt und der Meidlinger Markt ist ganz um die Ecke, sowie Supermärkte (Penny, BILLA, Hofer und Bio Basic, türkische Märkte und verschiedene Bäckereien im der Nähe). Verschiedene vegane und veganfreundliche Betriebe in der Umgebung von der Deewan in 12., Hollerei, Vegane Indiana, Marktstandl, Unverschwendet am Schwendermarkt, weiteres der VGT und VGO Büro und Vier Pfoten 😃 für Naturliebhaber der Schönbrunn und Auer-Welsbach-Park ist gleich in der Nähe.

WG leben: gerne gemeinsam kochen, gemeinsame Haushalt (bin selbst beruflich vegane Koch) muss aber nicht unbedingt sein. Ich möchte eine relativ sauberes Wohnung und gepflegte Gemeinschaftsräume, keine Party WG per se aber manchmal (mit gemeinsame Absprache) Freunde einladen, Kuschelabende oder Filmabende oder Dinners hosten. Ich bin selbst 34, ursprünglich Ausländer, teilintegrierte Wiener und tlw nie ganz integriert, rede oft lieber Englisch als Deutsch, hab 15+ Jahre wg Erfahrung, berufstätig, und oft bin entweder viel Zuhause oder gar nicht nur zum Schlafen. Ich fahre Rad, tu mit Gemüse Experimentieren oder bastel gerne, und schau netflix dabei in Hintergrund. Ich identifiziere mich als Nonbinary, blöderweise lass aber wg gesucht es nicht angeben, daher hab ein Würfel geworfen. Mir ist einen queerfreundliche, polyamor-freundliche, offene aber auch ruhiger Zuhause, mit gegenseitige Respekt, Kommunikation und Verständnis ganz wichtig, und halte Fleischgeruch in meine Zuhause kaum aus ;) Tiere: ich mag sie, hab mit welchem schon gewohnt (Katzen und Hunde), hab selbst aber keinen. Kinder und Pärchen: gleich wie Tiere ;) hab keinen, kann aber mit anderen gerne auskommen ;)

Küche
Neue Küche mit top Geräten (inklusive ua. Dampf Kombibackofen, 5er Gasherd, grosses Kühlschrank, Kaffeevollautomat mit Mühle und Milchschäumer, Thermomix, Geschirrspüler uvm.)

Gemeinschaftsräume
Grosses Vorzimmer für Esstisch oder Schränke, grosses Wohnzimmer, Bad mit WM, und WC getrennt. Der Wohnzimmer ist Strassenseitig (auch ruhige Strasse) und kein Fernseher ist geplant (evtl aber ein Beamer stattdessen irgendwann). Gas-Etagenheizung, vor kurzem gewartet. Neue Bad mit Dusche.

Es gibts zwar ein Keller aber feucht. Fahrräder können in der Hof bei Fahrradständer abgesperrt werden.Die Wände sind alle dick und Ziegelwände, was wenig Lärm durchlässt, auch innerhalb die Wohnung. Die Wohnung befindet sich in ersten Stock im Haus ohne Lift. Ruhige Nachbarn, unter uns wohnt aber niemand sondern untertags ist ein Maniküre/Kosmetik Salon betrieben.

Tasty &lovely meatless shared flat

From April or May there are two unfurnished bedrooms to rent in a 3 person shared flat in a classic Austrian building. The place will be definitely finished until May but possibly moving stuff in April is already possible.

Shared spaces:
There is a big entry hall with lots of space for cupboards, wardrobe or dining table etc. The living room is big and looks to a quiet street. There is no TV at the moment and not planning on getting one (maybe a beamer at some point) The bathroom has a washing machine and a shower, the toilet is separate. There is a basement however not very dry. Bicycles can be locked in the courtyard to a bikestand. The flat is on the first floor of the house, there is no elevator. The flat has central heating and the heater was just checked up recently.

Kitchen
The place is planned and built by me (a cook) and has a full equipment from a fresh full automatic coffeemaker with fresh coffee beans and milk-foamer, a Thermomix, gas cooker with five flames, big fridge, dishwasher, steam combination oven etc.

Rooms:
The flat has three bedrooms, two of them available. The small one next to the kitchen is cca 8 sqm, with the high ceilings of the flat can fit a high bed well, and there is space in the hall or living room for storing things or studying or working/hanging out. The other bedroom is about 24 sqm. Both of them are bright and silent, facing the courtyard.

Location:
Vegan paradise! There is both the Schwendermarkt and the Meidlinger Markt closeby. Connections are great, u4 Meidlinger Hauptstrasse is just around the corner, u6 niederhofstrasse is 10 minutes walk away. Shopping around the neighborhood is great, billa, penny and Hofer, Turkish markets and shops, basic bio is all closeby too. Apart from that vegana Indiana, hollerei, the Meidlinger Deewan, Marktstandl, Unverschwendet is all around us, walking distance, plus also the association vier Pfoten, and the offices of the vegan/animal rights community.

Shared flat life:
You will be sharing the flat with a Nonbinary person (me), who works as a vegan cook. (So good food is already something you can count on! 😃) I wish to keep the space tidy and nice, and have a home that is both relaxed and a safe haven, a place to retreat, and a nice friendly environment, with communication, understanding and respect. How much we share in the household or how little is something that can be discussed together. I don't want to have a party flat, but every now and then have friend over for dinner, or a cuddle party or movie night or such. I would like to have a home that is queerfriendly and polyamory-friendly, and where there is no meat in the shared kitchen. (Cannot stand the smell.) About me, I am originally not from Austria, will never fully speak or understand German as others, but I don't mind, I work a lot sometimes, and arrive home dead, and sometimes spend a lot of time at home. I ride a bicycle, like to craft and work with my hands, and I like to experiment with vegetables, and watch Netflix in the background. I am in my thirties and have over 15years WG experience. I don't have any pets but have lived in the past both with dogs and cats and likes them. Same is for kids or couples: I don't have any, or don't live with any of my partners, but I am perfectly fine if you do ;)
