Wir haben ein freies 20 m2 Zimmer in unserer 3er WG. Das Zimmer hat 2 Fenster zur Hütteldorferstraße und ist komplett möbliert (Bett inkl. Matratze, Couch, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl) – keine Ablöse!
Die Wohnung besteht aus Flur, Küche, Toilette, Badezimmer, einem großen gemeinschaftlich genutzten Wohnzimmer, 2 kleinen Zimmern (in denen Ihre Mitbewohner wohnen) und befindet sich in einem Altbau im 3. Stock ohne Lift. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler vorhanden.
Sie teilen sich die Wohnung mit 2 Studenten (Biologie, Chemie).
Das Zimmer steht ab dem 26. Juli zur Verfügung. Der Grund, warum es nur bis Ende September verfügbar ist, ist die Tatsache, dass unser Vertrag ausläuft. Wenn Sie jedoch daran interessiert sind, die gesamte Wohnung nach September zu mieten, sollte dies mit dem Vermieter vereinbart werden können.

Furnished Room until end of September
We have a 20m2 room available in a 3 persons WG. The room has 2 windows facing Hütteldorfer Straße, it is fully furnished without the need to pay for the furniture (Bed, mattress, couch, closet, desk, desk chair).
The flat consists of a hallway, a kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom, a large furnished living room, 2 small rooms (where your flatmates live), and the room you will rent. The flat also has a washing machine and a dish washer.
The flat is located in an old building on the 3rd floor (no elevator).
You will be sharing the flat with 2 Austrian guys, 1 studies Chemistry and the other studies Biology.
The flat is available as of the 26th of July. The reason it is only available until the end of September is due to the fact that our contract expires then, however, if you are interested in renting the entire flat after September, that should be possible to arrange with the landlord.
