ich verbringe meinen Februar in Berlin und suche für die Zeit einen Mieter für mein Zimmer im 15. Bezirk. Es ist ein helles großes Zimmer mit einem "Knick". Die Möbel würden natürlich alle drinbleiben und meine persönlichen Sachen werden alle weggepackt.
I am looking a tenant for February. It is a big bright furnished room in the 15th district.
Die WG ist nah am Westbahnhof und ist sehr gut an die Stadt angebunden.
The WG is close to the western train station and right next to a tram station.
Das WG Leben ist zwanglos und jeder macht hier eher sein eigenes Ding. Die beiden Mitbewohner Alwalid und Anwar wohnen erst seit Januar hier. Sie sind meistens bei der Arbeit oder in ihrem Zimmer, daher ist es sehr ruhig. Manchmal sieht man sich beim Kochen oder auf dem Flur und sie sind sehr nett. Rauchen am offenen Fenster ist erlaubt.
Life in this shared flat is easygoing and uncomplicated. The other two flatmates, Anwar and Alwalid are very friendly. Normally they are at work or in their room, so its mostly quiet here. You can smoke at open windows.
Die Miete für den gesamten Zeitraum beträgt 300€. Als Sicherheit für die Möbel etc. nehme ich eine Kaution von 100€, die du danach zurückbekommst.
The rent for the entire february would be 300€. The Security deposit for the furniture etc. is 100€ (which you get back after the month)
