Die Infrastruktur ist ein Hammer. Die U6-Station Burggasse Stadthalle und damit auch der Urban Loritz Platz mit den Straßenbahnlinien 8 und 16 ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, wie auch die U3-Station Schweglerstraße. Zusätzlich ist die Straßenbahnlinie 49 innerhalb von einer Minute erreichbar. Der Westbahnhof liegt 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Man kommt also in kürzester Zeit in alle Richtungen.

Der 7.Bezirk Neubau ist auch nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Im Nebengebäude gibt es einen Billa und 3 Minuten entfernt einen Hofer. Diverse Standln finden sich auch rundherum.

Es handelt sich um eine 3er WG, die soweit sehr unkompliziert und reibungslos super funktioniert hat. Einerseits wohnt der Christoph hier, welcher die Hälfte der Woche und meistens auch übers Wochenende daheim ist und Mechatronik studiert. Andererseits wohnt noch der Florian hier, welcher die Matura nachmacht und unser großer Chefkoch ist. Generell verläuft das WG-Leben sehr harmonisch und jeder lebt sein eigenes Leben. Hin und wieder, sitzen wir alle gemeinsam in der Küche und veratschen uns. Wir haben keinen Putzplan, sondern jeder schaut einfach drauf, dass es sauber bleibt und der Geschirrspüler oder der Müll einfach angegangen wird ohne eine Strichelliste zu machen. Ungefähr alle 3-4 Wochen putzen wir alle gemeinsam die Wohnung ordentlich durch. Dazwischen hat einfach immer wieder jemand von uns gesaugt , wo drüber gewischt etc.

It's a flatshare with two other men, which worked so far very uncomplicated. On the one hand Christoph lives here, who is half of the week and usually also over the weekend at home and studies Mechatronics. On the other hand, Florian lives here, who imitates the "Matura" and is our great chef. In general, the shared apartment life is very harmonious and everyone lives his own life. Every now and then, we all sit together in the kitchen and chat. We do not have a cleaning plan, but everyone just looks to it that it stays clean and that the dishwasher or garbage is handled easily without making a tally. About every 3-4 weeks, we all clean the apartment together properly. In between, someone just vaccums etc.

Die Wohnung liegt im obersten Stock und jeder Mitbewohner hat ein eigenes großes Zimmer. Es gibt kein Wohnzimmer, dafür aber eine gemütliche Sitzbank in der Küche die auch gerne genutzt wird.

Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 350€ und müsste im Voraus gezahlt werden. Die Kaution beläuft sich auf 500€.
