Ich vermiete von Mitte Juli bis Ende September mein WG-Zimmer im 8.Stock mit direkt anschließender Terrasse und echt schöner Aussicht.
Du hättest die 64 m2 2er-WG quasi für dich allein, weil meine Mitbewohnerin im Sommer auch unterwegs, also so gut wie nie da sein wird.
Die Wohnung ist den ganzen Tag total hell. Zusätzlich zur Terrasse gibt es noch eine Loggia, die vom Wohnzimmer aus von zwei Seiten zugänglich ist. Sowohl Terrasse als auch Loggia sind von morgens bis spät nachmittags sonnenbeschienen.
Es ist alles komplett eingerichtet, Bad und Klo sind getrennt. Außerdem gibt es ein Kellerabteil und einen Fahrradkeller.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt bei der U-Bahn Station Simmering, also mit Anbindung an U-Bahn, Straßenbahn, S-Bahn und Bus.
Die nächstgelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Apotheke, Drogerie) sind zu Fuß 3-5 Minuten entfernt, Bäcker, Obst- und Gemüsestände, und eigentlich alles, was man sonst so braucht, befinden sich auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.
