Very nice room for 1 person in a modern, completely renovated flat. The room is fully furnished with a storage for clothes, table, lamp, chair and a big bed. Big advantage is a floor heating and a very friendly atmosphere with emphasis for cleanliness :) A really cool think is an elevator going directly to the flat entrance :)
Flat is located 3-5 minutes walking from a Simmering station which contains Subway station, Tram station and Bus station. It is a quiet neighbourhood with a small park and a place for outside work out. If you are coming by a car there is a parking garage inside of a building or another garage near Simmering subway station.
Currently we are 5 people in a flat. We have a 3 guys from France, Germany and Poland and a 1 woman from Russia :) We are all working people who after work come home, cook some food, talk to each other and then usually everybody minds his own business :) There is a very friendly atmosphere.
I am a working person usually available to meet people who are interested after 5pm :)
I am moving out of a flat because i plan to live with my girlfriend in Bratislava.
One special thing about a contract is that a notice period is 2 months and contract can be terminated only in December or June, so basically twice per year.
