Dein Zimmer hat 12 m2. Ein großer Schwebtürenschrank wäre drinnen für eine Ablöse von 700 Euro-neuwertig.
Ich habe für eine kleine Niesche auch ein Regal aus Holz gebaut, um die Fläche optimal für Stauraum zu nutzen. Diese muss nicht abgelöst werden. Aus deinem Schlafzimmer gehst du direkt am Balkon, auf dem zwei Hochbeete stehen und noch genug Platz für deine Pflanzen oder Loungemöbel, Griller etc ist (11m2). Wenn nicht auf den Balkon möchtest, kannst du von deinem Schlafzimmer ins Vorhaus (Bad-Dusche, Toilette sep.) und in die Wohnküche. Du hast sofort Ausblick auf einen Park mit einer riesen Glasfront. Du kannst dich auch gerne auf den zweiten Balkon setzten, der von dem Wohnzimmer und meinem Zimmer begehbar ist (Frühjahr und Herbst gut, im Sommer ist dein Balkon angenehmer).
Im Keller gibt es ein Abteil für Stauraum (gruselfrei), und es gibt eine Dachterrasse für alle inkl Outdoorküche.

Am Abend (ab 18/19 Uhr) koche ich und danach chille ich. Ich bin auch unter der Woche, sowie am Wochenende gerne unterwegs. Meine Leidenschaft ist das Gärtnern auf den Balkonen. Ich freue mich über eine angenehme Mitbewohnerin, die auch nicht nur Zuhause hockt und einen motivierten, fröhlichen Wind mit sich bringt.

The room is 12m2 big, a huge wardrobe is integrated. You can visit from your room your balcony, where you can do a lot of gardening or go into the living room. From there you can see directly in the park cause of the huge window front. bath and toilett are seperated.
From the living room you either can go to the other balcony (depends if you want sun or shaddow ,-) )
At the house is a huge roof top terrasse for everybody with a kitchen outside.
The cellar is more or less clean and have 5 m2. In the house is a huge bicycle-parking-room.
I am female, 32 years, fulltime working. When i come home, i normally cook. Am either outside during the week and very often at the weekends.
