I sublet my lovely room from the 6.12 until the 5.1 of next year.
The room is hug and perfect for a couple as well,
it is located in a very central position. the flat it is just next to Belvedere, 5 min walking to Hauptbahnof and 10 min walking to Karlsplatz. Just around the corner you will find the metro station U1, the tram D and the bus 13 and many more. Supermarkets of all kinds and pharmacy it is also at walking distance.
You will be leaving with 3 such a lovely and vibrant souls that I will miss a lot during my time away, which are: Amina, a contemporary freelance dancer from Austria; Xavier, Belgian bio engineer doing is phd at TU Wien and Gerald, also Belgian working at the Belgian embassy. They like to cook together sometimes and spend time together but they also have a high respect of private space and needs. So you will be welcome to join their routines if you like or to enjoy your own company.
