i am renting out my room for the period jan 23 until march 19, located in the 7th district 100 meters from u6 thaliastrasse.
the location is great: you are surrounded by many bars and clubs at the 'guertel', a short walk brings you to U6, line 48A, 5, 46, and coffee places and everything the 7th distric has of offer is closeby.
most importantly, your potential flatmates (two girls in their 20ies) are super relaxed, considerate, happy people.
on top of that, it is quiet as the windows face the inner yard, and the matress is only a few months old.

ideally, all of us could meet before but of course a skype call does do job as well.
the rent is 350/month, making it rouhly 630 euros for the whole period.
