Das Zimmer ist ca. 10qm groß und hat ein großes, hofseitiges Fenster Richtung Süden. Das heißt du hast viel Licht und eine sonnige Fensterbank. Es wird unmöbliert vergeben. Es kostet pro Monat 275 € mit allem also inklusive Strom und Gas, Internet und Versicherung. Es gibt eine Ablöse zu zahlen für das weiße Hochregal über der Tür in Höhe von 90 €. Die Kaution beträgt 900€.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock. Es ist ein renovierter Altbau an der Gumpendorferstraße. Alle vier Zimmer sind getrennt begehbar. Wir teilen und eine gut ausgestattete Wohnküche und ein Bad mit großer Dusche.
Lage
Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar zentral im 6. Bezirk. Der 57a fährt vor der Haustür ab, U4 und U6 und U3 sind alle in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch die Straßenbahnlinien 6 und 18 fahren nicht weit von hier. Anbindung ist also super, vor allem auch mit dem Rad. Gleichzeitig hat das Grätzel auch einen eher dörflichen Charakter und es gibt einen kleines Platzl mit großen Linden. Rundherum findest du viele gute und auch günstige Restaurants, Bars und Beisl, Geschäfte und ganz besonders viele Küchenstudios. Billa und Spar sind ums Eck, es gibt eine kleine Bäckerei und donnerstags einen Wochenmarkt. Die Mariahilferstraße ist nicht weit, ebenso die Wienzeile.

Gäste sind bei uns immer Willkommen, aber wir sind keine hardcore Party-WG. Wir gehen ganz gerne gemeinsam dumpstern hier in der Gegend. Es wäre natürlich voll cool, wenn du mitmachst, aber das ist absolut kein muss. Im Moment haben wir keinen Geschirrspüler, aber wir waschen einfach immer brav ab und vermissen ihn auch nicht. Jeder macht bei uns seinen eigenen Dreck weg und wir haben auch einen normalen Putzplan. Wenn du dich von unserer Beschreibung angesprochen fühlst, dann melde dich einfach bei uns (und erwähne ein paar Worte über dich 😊)

The room is approximately 10 square meters and has one courtyard-side window in southward direction. It’s a bright and cozy room. It costs 275 euros a month including electricity, gas and internet. The deposit is 900 euros. It will be given unfurnished, but over the door is a white high rack and there’s a replacement to pay (90,- euros)
location
The apartment is wonderfully centrally located in the 6th district. The 57a leaves in front of the front door, U4, U6 and U3 can all be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot. Tram lines 6 and 18 also don't go far from here. So the connection is great, especially by bike. At the same time, the Grätzel also has a more village-like character and there is a small square with large linden trees. All around you will find many good and cheap restaurants, bars and pubs, shops and especially many kitchen studios. Billa and Spar are around the corner, there is a small bakery and a weekly market on Thursdays. Mariahilferstrasse is not far, as is Wienzeile.

We are three easy - going people and are looking for someone for a quartet.
Liz (33) illustrates, dances and gives tantric massages. She has too many hobbies and travels a lot.
Samuel (28) is a musician and studies guitar at the Music University.
Caroline (29) is an artist/designer an has her own fashionlabel (Carol from Lisbon).
We welcome guests, but we are not a party flat. We like to dump in the area, it would be nice if you join in, but that's not a must. At the moment we don't have a dishwasher (we don't miss it either). Everyone clears their mess and we have a normal cleaning schedule.
