The room is located in a quiet inner courtyard with a large chestnut tree, has recently been renovated (parquet flooring) and is very bright. The sun's rays reach the middle of the room around lunchtime.
Furthermore, we would share the spacious anteroom with dining table, the kitchen, bathroom and toilet (extra).

In the second district, on foot in 3 minutes at the Praterstern (U1, Schnellbahn, O-Wagen, 5er), in one minute at the U2 station.
The green Prater is within walking distance and by bike on the new Danube in no time at all.

My name is Kingsley and I hope to find a suitable flat mate for my friend and current flat mate Lilly. I will be visiting my Home country for two months (April and May) and I wish to look for someone that would take over my room for this time frame. Here's what you should know about Lilly-
Lilly is a separated parent (50/50) mother of 2 boys; 3 and 5 years old (He'll be officially 5 in two weeks though...lol) The children are there 3-4 days a week and in the children's group during the week.
That means you should like children and be able to stand it if they don't care about your sleep in the morning.
Fortunately, they are not early risers ;-)
Since Lilly actually wanted to move into a residential project, living in a shared apartment is more than a purposeful relationship for her. She would like to exchange ideas and occasionally cook / eat together, film / series evenings or go out once in a while...(No pressure, she gives you all the space you need...lol)
She is an AHS teacher for BE and technical works, 38 years old. (She would occasionally link you to exhibition openings or sound art events if you are interested).
What is also important: Lilly can't get the children to the Kigru in time and leave the kitchen clean in the morning, so the dishes can sit around for a whole day sometimes. If you have a special need for cleanliness and like to tidy it up properly, this is probably the wrong flat share for you.
If you have read so far and can imagine moving in with her, we'd be very excited about you and looking forward to getting to know you!
One last thing, Lilly is kind and you will definitely enjoy your two month stay with her!
