Da ich frühzeitig ausziehen muss, suche ich einen Zwischenmieter für September und Oktober. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock ist etwa 46 qm groß, und besteht aus zwei Zimmern. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 12 qm groß. In der Miete sind alle Kosten enthalten = 300€. Kaution beträgt 300€ welche am Ende retourniert werden. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe vom Aumannplatz und 10 min vom schönen Türkenschanzpark entfernt. Etliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Da die Währingerstraße gleich ums Eck ist, ist man durch 40er, 41er, 42er, 9er und U6 sehr gut angebunden, und in 15 min bei der Uni Wien(Hauptuni) am Schottentor, auch die Nightline Station ist keine 5 min entfernt.
Das Zimmer wird mit einem Bett, einem Kasten und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet sein. Dafür ist keine Ablöse zu entrichten.
Zusätzlich suche ich noch eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für das zweite Zimmer für den selben Zeitraum.

I'm looking for somebody to rent my room during september and october, since I'm moving out earlier than anticipated. the rent will be in total 300€ per month with internet and everything included. The deposit is 300€ but you will get it back at the end. The room is 12 qm big and has a bed, a closet and a desk. The flat is in the second floor and lies in the beautiful 18th district near Aumannplatz. It takes you 15 min by tram to get you close to the city center Schottentor where the main university "Universität Wien(Hauptuni)" is situated.
The flat consists of two rooms and I'm looking also for a trustworthy and reliable second person to rent the second room under similar conditions.
