Das Zimmer ist 20 m2 groß (mit Hochbett 24 m2) mit zwei großen Fenstern und zum grünen Innenhof gelegen, daher sehr ruhig. Es ist teilmöbliert d.h. es sind ein Bett, großer Kasten u. kleine ausziehbare Couch (Bartisch + Hocker, Schreibtisch) vorhanden. Falls du noch weitere Möbel kaufen oder mitbringen möchtest, ist das natürlich auch möglich.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein kleines aber feines Badezimmer mit großer Dusche, Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit E-Herd, Geschirrspüler und vielen Kleingeräten. Du musst also nur deine Sachen packen und kannst dich schon einrichten.

The room is 20 m2 large (with bunk bed 24 m2) with two large windows and facing the green courtyard, therefore very quiet. It is partly furnished i.e. there is a bed, a big wardrobe and a small pull-out couch, bar table + stool, desk. If you want to buy more furniture or bring it with you, this is of course also possible.
The apartment has a small but fine bathroom with a large shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, dishwasher and many small appliances. All you have to do is pack your things and you're ready to move in.

Sehr gute Lage. In knapp 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß bei der U6 (AKH Wien), quasi direkt vor der Haustüre hält eine Straßenbahn (42) die direkt zur UniWien bzw. in die Innenstadt fährt. In 5 min Entfernung gibt es weitere Straßenbahnstationen (40,41,43,9) und die S45. Die Uni Wien ist in 12 Minuten mit den Öffis, die MedUni in 10min zu Fuß erreichbar. 20 min bis zum Stefansplatz.
In unmittelbarer Nähe: Supermärkte, Drogeriemarkt, Trafik, Bankomat, Ärzte, kleiner Park in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Tolle Kebappizzaschnitzelbude für mal schnell was essen gleich ums Eck, Cafés und Bierbeisl zum gmütlich zamsitzen auch gleich in der Nähe. Wenn du Lust hast auf ausgehen am Gürtel kannst du zu Fuß nach Hause gehen...
The apartment is located in Vienna’s 18th district, close to the "Gürtel" with all its pubs and clubs.
Find the tram stop across the street from the apartment, 15 minutes away from downtown. “Michelbeuern” subway station is within walking distance. Or you choose to rent a bicycle to explore Vienna on wheels.
The apartment’s neighborhood and the 18th district are very nice, with a lot of cafès, bars, restaurants and two supermarkets around the corner. It’s a safe area, even at night, so there’s nothing to worry about.
Within 10 minutes of walking distance you find the “Kutschkermarkt”, one of Vienna’s last street markets. It offers regional seasonal products, and nice places to sit in the sun and relax.
*** 5 minutes walk to metro U6; 1 minute to tram 42. Schottentor (University Vienna) in 12 minutes. BOKU in 15 minutes by feet. In 5 minutes there are several other tramstastions (40, 41, 43, 9)***
Hallo, ich bin Andrea, ich wohne in dieser WG. Ich arbeite 30h und studiere nebenbei. Ich wohne seit 15 Jahren in WGs :) und freue mich wenn du dich für dieses tolle Zimmer interessierst.
Wenn auch du (nebenbei) arbeitest oder dich auf dein Studium konzentrieren möchtest, dann bist du hier genau richtig. Es ist keine klassische Studenten/PartyWG, aber gerne gmeinsam kochen, Kaffee trinken oder mal einen Film schauen, Spiel spielen etc...
Hi, I am Andrea, I live in this WG. I work 30 hours and study. I like to live in WGs and would love to have a flatmate who also works or wants to concentrate on his studies. Of course there will be enough time for coffee, beer or a movie ;-)
Das Zimmer wird bis September 2019 vermietet, nach Absprache gehts auch länger. Perfekt wenn du ab sofort in Wien studieren oder arbeiten möchtest.
