Hi Everyone!
I’m leaving my room in a 4 WG-Zimmer flat at the end of February because I found a job abroad.
As you might see in the pictures the room feels more like a mini-apartment I believe is about 25 m2. The sofa belongs to the flat; the natural light there is really nice especially if you like reading and creative writing. I’m selling also the furniture (2 lamps, 4 pallets, 1 double mattress, 1 desk, 1 rolling armchair and 1 tea table, and also the cupboard).
Our flat is located right in front the Nußdorfer Straße station (U6) and the bus stop 35A and 37A; also Trams 37, 38 pass really close by like at 3 mins. The surrounding area is plenty of supermarkets (HOFER and SPAR like at 5 min from our building) also there is a pharmacy close by and lovely coffee place. If you prefer to connect with the U4, Spittelau it’s only at 8 min walk.
Amabel, is a painter apprentice. She has 19 years old and is from lower austria.
Laurenz, Founder of Startup. He's is 33 years old also from lower austria.
Adrian is serbian, he is a graphic designer and he has 27 years old.
They are really friendly and easy going and most of the time they are not home so you will have the place just for yourself. ;)
I would like to find a person to take my room as soon as possible because my flight to leave vienna will be on 25-26 of FEB.
