Liebe Wohnungssuchende!
Da ich für ein Jahr mit Erasmus nach Island gehen werde, wird mein Zimmer für ein Jahr frei! Es handelt sich um eine 3er-WG mit großem Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad, Flur, getrenntem WC und Abstellraum.
Frei ab 1. August. 18m². Befristet auf ein Jahr, circa Ende Juni 2019, genaues Auszugsdatum kann noch ausgehandelt werden. Bleibt möbliert (aber freigeräumt natürlich), da ich ja wiederkommen werde, Ablöse und Kaution müssen auch nicht gezahlt werden.
(Möbel wären Bett mit Matratze und Lattenrost, Kasten, Nachtkasten, zwei Kommoden, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, halbhohes Regal, ein riesiges Einbauregal)
Es ist zudem die Möglichkeit vorhanden, jede Menge Zeug in einem 6m² großen Abstellraum unterzubringen.

As I am going on exchange for 1 year with Erasmus to Iceland, my room will be free for that time! It is in a 3-person apartment where we also share a spacious living room, a kitchen, bathroom, toilet, entrance hall and storage room.
Free from 1st August. Limited for a year until about end of June 2019 (exact date negotiable). All furniture will stay without a fee (but free from my belongings, of course) as I will return to Vienna in a year and would like to come back to this room. You also don't have to pay the (bed incl. mattress and frame, nightstand, cupboard, two chests of drawers, desk, desk chair, smaller shelf and huge, built-in shelf)
It is also possible to store a lot of stuff in a 6m² storage room.
Unsere Wohnung liegt im 18. Bezirk, keine 5 Gehminuten vom Türkenschanzpark entfernt, und 10 Minuten von der Boku. Die 41-Bim fährt ganz nah zum Schottentor/der Innenstadt in 15 Minuten, Gersthof liegt mit der 40, 9 und der S45 auch ganz in der Nähe, sowie der 10A Bus.
In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es fast alles, was das Einkaufsherz begehrt, mit Billa, dm, Hofer, Apotheke, Post, Banken und Sonstigem.

Our apartment is in the 18th district, only about 5 minutes walking distance to the Türkenschanzpark and 10 minutes to the BOKU. The tram line 41 can be found very nearby and goes to Schottentor/the city centre in 15 minutes. Also very close is the 10A bus as well as Gersthof with trams 40, 9 and the S45.
Very close by you'll find everything you'll need to buy, with Billa, dm, Hofer, a pharmacy, a post office, banks and so on.
Deine Mitbewohnerin wird Nora (22), Biologiestudentin, sein. Sie ist meine Cousine und ich vertraue ihr als eigentliche Hauptmieterin in der Zeit meiner Abwesenheit ein wenig die Verantwortung über die Wohnung. Sie ist ein ruhiger Typ, aber freut sich immer über angeregte Gespräche und gemeinsame Tratschabende im Wohnzimmer, oder übers Filmeschauen mit unserem Beamer.
Das andere Zimmer haben wir gerade frisch an eine sehr nette, 19-jährige Kunststudentin vergeben, die im Juli einziehen wird.

Your flatmate will be Nora (22), student of biology. She is my cousin and will take some responsibility over the flat in my absence, as I am actually the main tenant. She is a calm person but always enjoys some company and talk in the living room or watching something together on our projector there.
A really nice, 19 year old art student girl will move into the other room in July.
