Wir suchen ab 1.9. 2018 eine/n Mitbewohner/in für unser 8m²-großes Zimmer im 18. Bezirk. Das Zimmer ist hofseitig gelegen und ruhig, mit altem Parkettboden und unmöbliert. Ein Kasten im Vorzimmer bietet zusätzlichen Stauraum. Wie die anderen Zimmer, ist es auch vom Vorraum zentral begehbar.
Das Zimmer kostet 270€ monatlich, inklusive Nebenkosten (Strom, Gas, Internet, etc.).
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 81m² und liegt im Hochparterre mit neuem Sicherheitschloss. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler und das Bad mit Waschmaschine und Wanne. Das WC ist separat begehbar.

We are looking for a new roommate for a cozy 8m² room in the 18th district. The room is on the courtyard side, quiet and unfurnished. It has an old hardwood floor and can be entered through the main hall, like the other rooms. The main hall also offers storage space for your things in a wardrobe.
The room including utilities (electricity, gas, internet, etc.) costs 270€ per month.
The flat has a total of 81m² and is on the raised ground floor with a new safety lock. The kitchen is equipped with a dish washer and the bathroom with a washing machine and bathtub. The toilet can be entered separately.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Plenergasse, eine ruhige und verkehrsarme Seitengasse, in der Nähe vom Aumannplatz, ca. 2 Gehminuten von der Straßenbahnstation 40 und 41 und ca. 5 Gehminuten von den Linien 42 und 9. Mit den Straßenbahnen 40, 41 und 42 erreicht man die U6 Station Währinger Straße in 5 Minuten und die U2-Station Schottentor innerhalb von 12 Minuten.
Gleich ums Eckt befindet sich der ruhige Schubertpark mit Liegewiese und Hundezone. Auch der Türkenschanzpark ist in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bieten ein Pennymarkt und ein Billa, die beide in der Nähe sind. Ein Hofer und ein Biomarkt liegen ein paar Straßen weiter. Am Wochenende haut auch ein Bäcker in der Nähe geöffnet.

The apartment is located on a quiet side street with little traffic, within a 2 minute walking distance from the 40 and 41 tram stop Aumannplatz and within a 5 minute distance from the 42 and 9 tram stop Vinzenzgasse. The lines 40, 41 and 42 take you to the U6 stop Währingerstraße/Volksoper in 5 minutes and to the U2 stop Schottentor in 12 Minutes.
The quiet Schubertpark is just around the corner and offers a lawn for sunbathing and a dog park. The big Türkenschanzpark can be reached in 10-15 Minutes.
The grocery stores Penny and Billa are nearby. There is also a Hofer and a Biomarkt a few streets away and a nearby bakery that is open on Weekends.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Dominik und Mirela- ein wenig zu uns:
Dominik, 28, zieht auch gerade erst ein und bringt seine Hunde-Dame Chelsea mit in die WG. Fängt dieses Semester ein neues Studium an (Informatik) und kellnert nebenbei. Geht gern auf Konzerte, interessiert sich für Filme und kocht gern auch mal für mehrere Leute.
Mirela, 28, ist schon etwas länger hier, studiert Dolmetschen und gibt nebenbei Nachhilfe. Kocht gern, interessiert sich für Literatur und Serien und ist gerne in der Natur. Ist auch für gemeinsame Unternehmungen offen.
Wir sind beide Gelegenheitsraucher (rauchen wenn dann bei uns im Zimmer), unkompliziert, offen, tolerant und rücksichtsvoll und wünschen uns eine/n ähnliche/n WG-Mitbewohner/in. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du uns etwas über dich und deine Interessen schreibst.

Dominik, 28, is moving in in September with his lady dog Chelsea. He’s starting his studies in computer science this semester and works part-time as waiter. He likes concerts, is interested in films and likes to cook, for himself but also for more people.
Mirela (Ella), 28, has lived here longer, studies translation and works part-time as a tutor. She likes to cook, is interested in Literature and Shows and likes go outside into the nature. She’s also open for activities together.
We’re both occasional smokers (if we smoke, it's in our rooms) and are uncomplicated, open, tolerant and considerate people.
We’re looking for somebody similar and would like to know who you are and what your interests are.
