Hallo zusammen,
Ich heiße Paulina und ich suche eine/n NachmieterIn für mein WG-Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist ab 1 März frei und wird teilmöbliert übergeben gegen Ablöse (siehe die Liste unten). Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, ca 18.5m2 und im zweiten Stock. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im schönen 18. Bezirk und wird mit zwei sehr netten Mitbewohnern, Julia und Michi, geteilt. Darüber hinaus genießen wir den Luxus von zwei Bädern. Die oben angegebene Miete beinhaltet alles (Wifi, Strom, Heizung, Wasser).

Lebensmittelgeschäfte wie Billa, Spar und Hofer sind in der Nähe. Bipa und eine Apotheke sind gleich um die Ecke. Darüber hinaus haben wir eine gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (U6, Bus 40A / 37 und Straßenbahn 40/41/42). Diese Haltestellen sind 1 - 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Fahrt in die Innenstadt dauert etwa 20 bis 25 Minuten (z. B. Mariahilfer Straße oder Schwedenplatz). Wenn ihr an der WU studiert, dauert es ungefähr 25 Minuten. Parks wie der Währinger Park oder der sehr schöne Türkenschanzpark sind zu Fuß erreichbar!
Du wirst die Wohnung mit Julia und Michi teilen. Beide studieren an der WU und kommen aus Österreich
Das Zimmer wird TEILMÖBLIERT vergeben (Schrank, Schreibtisch, Buchregal). Du brauchst also extra kaufen: Bett und Matratze, Vorhangstangen und Vorhänge.

Hello everybody,
My name is Paulina and I am looking for a new tenant for my room in a shared flat. The room is available from 1st March and will be handed over partially for a fee (see the list below). The room is very bright, about 18.5m2 and on the second floor. Our apartment is located in the beautiful 18th district and is shared with two very nice roommates, Julia and Michael (both studying at WU and coming from Austria). In addition, we enjoy the luxury of having two bathrooms in the apartment. The above rent includes everything (Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, water).
LOCATION
Grocery stores like Billa, Spar, Bipa and Hofer are nearby, and a pharmacy is just around the corner. In addition, we have easy access to public transport (U6, bus 40A / 37 and tram 40/41/42). These stops are 1-4 minutes’ walk away. The journey to the city centre takes about 20 to 25 minutes (eg Mariahilfer Straße or Schwedenplatz). If you study at WU, it takes about 25 minutes to travel there. For leisure time, both the beautiful Währinger Park and Türkenschanzpark are within a short walking distance!
