The flat is situated only 15 minutes away from the Boku by foot and 5 tram stops away from the main uni campus. The nearest underground stop is U6 Währinger Straße/Volksoper station. Sternwartepark and Türkenschanzpark are situated in the immediate vicinity.

The room measures 11m².
We have a large bathroom including a corner tub, as well as pretty much anything else you could need.

WG Life:
This always used to be a flat where people living here got along very well and sometimes even spent time together over a glass of wine or dinner, but it's also a flat where everyone just lives his/ her own life and is not obligated to hang out a lot. Nevertheless, we are very respectful with each other and our neighbours.

About us:
Susanne is composing music and working on her master thesis in architecture. Attending theatre, plays or concerts, mountainbike and traveling are some of her interests.
Pia is studying Environment- and Bioressource Management at BOKU and is active in left wing/ green politics and loves live music, culture, books and cinema.
Daniel is moving out and Lara will be moving in in July.

We are looking for:
An interesting and open person who sometimes likes to do stuff together (like hanging out in the park, going out for drinks or having breakfast). We are between 21 and 34, so would be cool if you're roughly the same age. LGBT+ people and internationals welcome :)

Bei uns am schönen Aumannplatz wird ein Zimmer frei.

Das Zimmer ist 11m² groß, verfügt aber über eine Galerie von zusätzlichen 3,2 m2 und geht westseitig auf die Vinzenzgasse bzw. schräg auf den Aumannplatz. Im Zimmer befinden sich ein platzstrategisch günstig angebrachtes Hochbett und ein kleiner Kleiderschrank.

Die Wohnung besitzt zusätzlich ein großes Badezimmer mit Eckwanne.

Lage:
Für Menschen, die an der Uni oder an der Boku zu tun haben, ist das Zimmer ideal. Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 15min zu Fuß entfernt von der Boku und 5 Straßenbahnstationen vom Unicampus. Die nächstgelegene U-Bahn - Station ist die U6 Station Währinger Straße/Volksoper. Türkenschanzpark und Sternwartepark sind direkt in der Nachbarschaft.

Wir sind momentan drei Frauen, und da Daniel auszieht und sein Zimmer frei wird, sind wir auf der Suche nach "Ersatz" für ihn. Geschlecht egal ;)
