Schönes, helles 13m2 WG-Zimmer in guter Lage (4 Min zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und Naschmarkt) zu vermieten. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet, aber kann mich eventuell von dem ein oder anderen Stück trennen. Kann gerne bei Besichtigung besprochen werden. Die Wohnung wurde vor 4 Jahren neu saniert, neue Küche mit allen Geräten vorhanden - Geschirrspüler, riesiger Kühlschrank, ein zweiter Getränkekühlschrank, Gasherd, Waschmaschine, Trockner, usw. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, da sie sich in einer Seitenstraße von der Margaretenstraße befindet. In der Miete ist bereits alles inklusive: Strom, Gas, Internet, Nebenkosten.

The room will be unfurnished, but if someone is really interested in some of the furniture I am happy to discuss. The apartment was newly renovated about 4 years ago, new kitchen with all appliances available - dishwasher, fridge, gas stove, washing machine, dryer, etc.
The apartment is very quiet, as it is located in a side street of Margaretenstraße.
Everything is already included in the rent: electricity, gas, internet, utilities.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Bezirk, zwischen Wiedner Hauptstraße und Naschmarkt. Daher sind öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut zu erreichen (U4 Kettenbrückengasse, U1 Taubstummengasseoder Straßenbahn 1, 62, Badner Bahn). Auch in den jetztigen Sommermonaten ist die Naschmarktnähe wirklich praktisch, da man immer mal eben für einen kleinen Drink zum Naschmarkt laufen kann, Supermärkte fußläufig erreichbar, Hauptbahnhof in der Nähe.

The apartment is located in the 4th district, between Wiedner Hauptstraße and Naschmarkt. Therefore, public transport is also easy to reach (U4 Kettenbrückengasse, U1 Taubstummengasse or tram 1, 62, Badner Bahn).
Naschmarkt is particularly convenient, especially in the summer, and there is a variety of supermarkets within walking distance (Billa, Hofer, Spar) etc. Hauptbahnhof is also close by, and can be reached by walking, via the U1 or the 13 bus, which stops 3 mins walk from the apartment. .

Wir sind David und Felix, arbeiten beide und sind sehr offen, unkompliziert und enthusiastisch für verschiedene Aktivitäten. Wir kochen manchmal zusammen, gehen zusammen zum Sport und genießen es, zusammen zu chillen oder Filme zu gucken. Im Wohnzimmer haben wir viele Sitzmöglichkeiten mit Sofas und Sesseln, Projektor / Beamer und Surroundsound ist auch vorhanden - sehr komfortabel zum Entspannen.
We are two professionals, David and Felix, and are very open, uncomplicated and enthusiastic for various activities. We sometimes cook together go to the gym together and enjoy hanging out or watching movies together etc. The apartment has a living room with a projector and couches, and is very comfortable for relaxing.
Auf Grund der Lage ist man schnell im Zentrum (ca. 10 Minuten) und kann eigentlich alles in Wien schnell erreichen.
Bei Interesse einfach eine Nachricht an mich (David). Die Wohnung hat insgesamt ca 95m2 und wirklich praktisch geschnitten und wie in Wien üblich, ein separates WC.
Because of the location the center of Vienna is not far (about 10 minutes).
