The room has 13 square meters. The apartment has a huge living room, balkony and garden (situatied on top of the apartments below)
There is an integrated air exchange system, so that it is cold in the summer. The apartment has two toilets, an extra storage room in the aparment and one in the basement.
The apartment is located right to Viennas Central train station, where not only all international trains (including a direct one to Vienna Airport) are stopping, but also subway 1 (U1), the regional trains (S-Bahn), and a bunch of trams and busses.
Since it is next to Belvedere, Schweizer Garten, Arsenal, Helmut-Zilk-Park, you have lot's of green spaces very close the apartment. It takes only 10 min to the city center by bike.
Internationals, non-german speakers are welcome!
Markus (37) is a photographer, biologist, and a cook, working at Hotel Sacher. Valentin (33) studied philosophy, history and psychology and works in the film industry, mostly on documentaries. We do both end up going out until very late occasionally, and enjoy cooking/eating/having some beer together if we happen to be at home at the same time, yet we are both very much focused on pursuing or own stuff and appreciate if the living room, rather than being a place to watch series, is for the most part a space where you can quietly read/work on your own.
