Da ich mit meiner Freundin zusammen ziehen werde, suche ich für meinen derzeitigen WG-Kollegen eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in!
Dein Zimmer ist auf den Fotos abgebildet, wird aber leer und unmöbliert vermietet. Du kannst also deine eigenen Möbel mitbringen!
Wenn du keine hast, kann ich dich mit meiner Freundin zusammenschließen - die will gerade ein paar Möbestücke an den Mann bzw. an die Frau bringen.
Der Raum hat ca 20qm. Es gibt in der Wohnung ein getrenntes Bad (mit Badewanne) und WC sowie eine Küche. Ebenso gibt es noch Platz in den Schränken im Vorzimmer die Du mitbenutzen kannst. Die gesamte Wohnung hat ca 80qm. Die Küche wird gerade renoviert, es gibt jedoch provisorisch Möglichkeiten zu kochen. Bis auf einen Backofen ist alles da. Plan ist, dass die Küche bis April fertig ist.
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort verfügbar - du kannst (nachdem wir dich kennen gelernt haben - sofort einziehen =)
Die Kaution beträgt 1.200.- die monatliche Miete 430.- inkl Wasser/Gas/Internet.

I'm moving out, so I'm looking for a new roommate. The room that will be for rent is pictured here, but will be empty. You can bring your own furniture. Should you need furniture, I can hook you up with my girlfriend who is selling some.
The room has approx 20 square meters. There's a bathroom with a bathtub, the toilet is in a seperate room. The kitchen is currently being redone and is a little improvised at the moment - but everything but an oven is there. The redone kitchen should be finished in april. There's lots of storage space in the entrance room that you can use as well.
Security deposit is 1.200€; rent is 430€ including heating/water/electricity/internet.

Die Wohnung (Altbau) liegt im vierten Bezirk Nähe Alois-Drasche-Park und ist ganz nahe zur U1 Station Hauptbahnhof - spätes Einkaufen (auch am Sonntag!) ist also kein Problem. Andere Nahversorger (Bäcker, Billa, Apotheke) sind fußläufig in der Gegend zu erreichen. Die Gegend ist angenehm ruhig.
The flat is in the fourth district near Alois-Drasche-Park, is very close to the U1 line station Hauptbahnhof. You can easily shop late - even on a sunday! Other stores like a bakery, a supermarket and an apothecary are close by. The area is quiet and there's no thru-traffic.
Dein Mitbewohner ist anfang 30 und berufstätig und am Abschließen seines Studiums (im Sozialbereich). Es wäre nett wenn du auch bereits im Arbeitsleben stehst bzw. einen halbwegs geregelten Tagesablauf hast.
Your roommate is in his early 30s, is finishing his studies and has a job. It would be nice if you'd also have a somewhat structured life (i.e: partying in the apartment is discouraged).
Update: Das WG-Zimmer wird als befristet vermietet. Die Befristung ist bis Ende August. Es gibt die Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung - das hängt davon ab ob ein Freund vom Mitbewohner im September einziehen will. Er hat bis jetzt Interesse angekündigt, es ist aber noch nicht vollständig sicher ob er einziehen wird. Die Chance dass er einzieht besteht zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt bei 60%.
The apartment is being rented until end of august. There is the option for a renewal - however, that depends on if a friend of the current flatmate would like to move in in september. The chance for him moving in is 60% as of yet. If he does not move in, you are very welcome to stay.
