Zimmer:

Das Zimmer (21m2) ist straßenseitig zur Operngasse / TU gelegen. Es ist sowohl durch das Zimmer meines Mitbewohners als auch getrennt begehbar (direkter Zugang zum Badezimmer).
Da es sich um eine Zwischenmiete handelt wird das Zimmer vollmöbliert vermietet (siehe Bilder).
Das Badezimmer und das WC sind getrennt und neu renoviert (Erstbezug) dazu kommt noch eine vollkommen ausgestatte Küche.


Lage:

Die Wohnung (~70m2) liegt in der Operngasse direkt zwischen TU Bib und dem Anfang des Naschmarktes. Durch diese top Lage benötigt man zur U-Bahn Station Karlsplatz (U1, U2, U4) nur eine 1 Gehminute, der 59A Bus hält direkt vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung hat natürlich die perfekte Lage für TU-Studenten, da sich die TU direkt gegenüber befindet und man dadurch de facto nicht mal eine Minute dorthin benötigt.
In der Umgebung, speziell am Naschmarkt und der Operngasse, gibt es eine Vielzahl von kleinen Bars, Restaurants und Läden aller Art. Der nächste gelegene Supermarkt (Billa, Hofer) ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt, aber auch bequem mit dem Bus erreichbar (eine Haltestelle mit dem 59A).

Wir vermieten unser Zimmer über die Sommermonate und freuen uns dir ein cooles Zimmer für diesen Zeitraum zur Verfügung zu stellen.
Der Zeitraum ist von 1. Juli bis 30. September. In diesem Zeitraum sind wir flexibel, bevorzugen jedoch eine Person die vor hat den ganzen Sommer in dem Zimmer zu verbringen.

Einer von uns wird zumindest für die meiste Zeit auch vor Ort sein und als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung stehen.

Die Miete beträgt €500 all inclusive. Des Weiteren fällt eine Kaution von 3 MM an. (auf Verhandlungsbasis)

Hey you,

we are offering one room in our shared flat, which is located directly in the city center of Vienna, right next to Karlsplatz.
The room has everthing you need and is equipped with a large bed, wardrobe and a working desk.
Even though the flat is located right in the center, the noise is muted, thanks to new Windows.

The flat is located right vis a vis of the TU Vienna and public transport is only 1 walking minute away with the Karlsplatz station, which offers you the best connection to a bunch of Subway, Bus and Tram lines (U2,U4,U1, 59A).

The district also offers a broad range of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and bars. The famous Naschmarkt is also in spitting distance of the flat.

We ( Paul 23 and Kilian 23 ) normally share this flat. We both study business administration and love to hang out together. The atmosphere is always chilled and friendly and we are always open to hang out. During the summer months we will be away for some time, but at least one of us will probably be there at any time.

The total rent for the room is €500, which includes every other fees like electricity, water and internet connection.
Moreover, there will be a deposit of 3 monthly rents (€1500).

The room is available starting on the 1st of July and ending 30th of September - in this period we could talk about any arrangement. However, we would prefer to find someone who is willing to stay for the whole summer.
