Da ich im Sommer für einige Zeit nicht in Wien bin vermiete ich mein schönes 25m² großes Zimmer.
Mein bzw dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist sehr hell und voll möbliert.
Bett, Schrank, Komoden, Regal, ein großer Schreibtsch und ein Sofa, also alles was auch auf den Fotos zu sehen ist ;)
Die Wohnung besteht insgesamt aus vier Zimmern, meinem Zimmer, die beiden Zimmer meiner Mitbewohner einem Gemeinschaftsraum, in dem wir sehr oft zusammen sitzen und dem Bad und der Küche.
Gerne kannst du auch den Garten im Innenhof mitbenutzen, in dem auch ein Grill vorhanden ist ;)

Since I'm not in Vienna for the summer time I rent my beautiful and big 25 sqm room.
My or your future room is very bright and fully furnished.
Bed, wardrobe, dresser, shelf, a large writing desk and a sofa.
The apartment has four rooms, my beedroom, the two beedrooms of my beautiful flatmates, a livingroom in which we very often sit together and the bathroom and the kitchen.
If you want then you can also use the garden in the courtyard, it´s a nice place for barbecuing
Die Wohnung liegt in Wieden im 4. Bezirk zwischen dem Südtirolerplatz (Hauptbahnhof) und dem Karlsplatz.
Von der Wohnung erreichst du in 2 min die U1 und in 4 min verschiedene Starßenbahnen ins Zentrum oder nach Meidlingen/ Baden (1 / 67 / BadenerBahn).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich ebenfalls in Unmittelbarer Nähe:
Spar 1 min, Hofer & Billa 5 min, Bipa & dm in 7 min
Gerne kannst du auch mein Fahhrad für die Zeit nutzten, sofern es nachher wieder an Ort und Stelle steht ;)

The apartement is locaded in the 4th dietrict (Wieden) between the main station (Südtirolerplatz) and Karlsplatz.
The subway statio U1 (red line) is only 2 min from our apartement and some trams to the citycenter or the other direction Meidlingen/Baden (1 / 67 / BadenerBahn) you can reach them in 4 min.
Also the supermarkets ar around the corner:
Spar 1 min, Hofer & Billa 5 min, Bipa & dm in 7 min

Unsere WG besteht neben mir noch aus meinen beiden Mitbewohnern Julien und Tilmann, die beide im Master studieren.
Unser Motto "alles kann, nichts muss"
Je nach dem wie es die Zeit von uns zulässt verbringen wir viel Zeit zusammen im Wohnimmer oder dem Garten. Zu einem Bier oder Weinn sagen meine Mitbewohner nur selten nein, auch gemeinschaftlichs kochen oder grillen kommt des öfteren mal vor, aber wie gesagt "alles kann, nichts muss"
Da Julien aus Taiwan kommt sprechen wir die meiste Zeit englisch, mit Tilamnn kannst du aber auch gerne auf deutsch sprechen oder mit Julien in taiwanesisch oder chinesich ;)

I life together with my two flatmates Julien and Tilmann, bothe are studing in the master.
Our motto "everything is possible, but nothing has to be"
Depending on our time, we spend a lot of time together in the living room or the garden. They also don´t say so often no, if you ask them for joining a beer or wine. Sometime we cook together or have a barbecue in the garden, but as I said before "everything can, but nothing must"
Julien grow up in taiwan, so most of time we speak in english, but you can also speak to her in taiwanese or chinese and with Tilmann in german
Solltest du das Zimmer nicht für den ganzen Zeitraum (18.07. - 04.09.2018, 7 Wochen) benötigen, sonder nur für drei oder vier Wochen in dem Zeitraum, sollte sich das auch regeln lassen.

If you do not need the room for the whole 7 weeks (18.07. - 04.09.2018), but only for three or four weeks in the period, it´s also possible
