Da ich im September nicht in Wien sein werde, möchte ich mein Zimmer zwischenvermieten.
Das Zimmer ist 10 m² groß - dank dem Hochbett hat man trotzdem genug Platz. Ansonsten möbliert mit Schreibtisch, Bücherregalen und Sofa. Mein Kleiderschrank steht im Vorzimmer, den werde ich dann freiräumen.
Das Zimmer liegt Richtung Süden und Innenhof ist daher sehr hell und still.

Since I will be away my room will be free this september. It is 10 m² big and fully furnished with a lofted bed, a table, some shelfs and a couch.
Die Wohnung ist in der Gußhausstraße und liegt direkt hinter der Karlskirche.
Zentraler kann man kaum wohnen. (: In 3 minütiger Entfernung fährt die U4, U2 und U1, sowie viele Straßenbahnen.

The flat is located just a few walking minutes from the city center and there are three underground-lines and several tram-lines two minutes away.
Wir sind zu siebt in der Wohnung. Sie ist 235 m² groß, mit einem großen Vorraum, einer großen Küche, zwei Bädern mit Badewannen und Toiletten, zwei extra Klos und einem Balkon.
Es wohnen wirklich liebe Leute hier. Man findet immer jemanden, wenn man etwas machen will und kann gleichzeitig auch gut alleine sein. Am besten du kommst einfach mal vorbei und schaust es dir an. (:

The flat is 235 m² big. Beside 6 rooms, there is a big kitchen, two bathrooms, four WCs and a balcony.
The six other people living here are all very nice and easygoing.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher kann ich zur Verfügung stellen.
Rauchen bitte nur am Balkon.
