My husband (36years old) and I (28 years old) -both working- are renting out a spare room (around 16 m2) in a 100m2 apartment near Naschmarkt.
The apartment is spacious, there's a kitchen, a living room to share and a small balkony.
We haven't put furniture in the room yet (since we ourselves are moving in on November) - so let us know if we should organize it or you will bring your own.
The apartment is near U4 Kettenbrückengasse and also only a 10min walk from Karlsplatz.
It is also right next to Naschmarkt, so it is very well located but also silent - you don't hear anything from the city buzz. On Saturdays there's a flee market and a farmer's market just around the corner.
We enjoy cooking and having some good wine at home.
