Die Wohung ist im 4. Stock mit Lift. Die Wohnküche und das Bad, Wc werden gemeinsam benüzt. Die Mitbewohnerin ist 20 Jahre alt, berufstätig, sehr ruhig und hilfsbereit.
Die Wohnung ist einem sehr guten ZUstand, alles wurde 2012 renoviert, neue Heizung, neue Küche, etc. Der Preis ist 500 Eur pro Monat plus Strom und Gas nach Verbrauch (derzeit 30 Euro). Die Kaution beträgt 3 Monatsmieten: 1.500 Euro.
