In unserer wunderschönen 6er WG im 4. Bezirk wird ab dem 15. Februar 2019 ein Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer hat eine Größe von 9 m^2 und kostet monatlich 300 Euro.
Inkludiert sind laut Mietvertrag: ein Schrank, ein Regal, ein Bett und der Schreibtisch. Es können natürlich eigene Möbelstücke mitgebracht werden, solang am Ende wieder diese Möbel im Zimmer bleiben wenn man auszieht :).
There's a free room in our beautiful Shared Flat (6 People) in the 4th district from the 15th of February on.
The roomis about 9 squaremeters big and costs 300 euros per month.
By contract, the room comes with certain pieces of furniture: A cupboard, wardrobe, bed and desk . If you want to bring you own furniture, thats totally fine, as long as it wil be furnished for the next person in case you move out :).

Public transportation is very close and easy to reach:

13A Bus -> goes through the whole city and stops at the University Campus

S1/S2 -> Schnellbahnen in Direction Floridsdorf and Mödling (at the mainstation)

All international and national trains from the Mainstation

All necessary Shops are around. Little Gem is: There's a Spar in the Mainstation that is open on Holidays and Sundays and everyday until 11PM (everyone from abroad knows how f****ing great that is ;))

Im Moment tut sich einiges in unserer WG, aktuell ziehen 2 Personen aus
(ja es gibt noch ein zweites Zimmer, es ist um einiges größer aber auch viel teurer, falls Interesse daran besteht, kann man sich über E-Mail auch auf eine Besichtigung dieses Zimmers verständigen)
Unser WG-Leben ist in den letzten Jahren bestimmt ruhiger aber nicht zwingend langweiliger geworden. Wir trinken gerne einen über den Durst oder einfach ein paar Bier oder Gläser Wein in unserem Wohnzimmer (auch Raucherzimmer). Jedoch sind auch alle Mitbewohner neben dem Studium oder Vollzeit berufstätig, weshalb wir es für wichtig erachten, dass es eine Balance gibt: Unter der Woche nicht zu laut sein/ am Wochenende auch gerne mal feiern gehen.
Alles weitere lässt sich wohl am besten bei einer Besichtigung klären. Randnotiz: BESICHTIGUNGEN KÖNNEN ERST AM 1. FEBRUAR GEPLANT WERDEN.

There's a lot going on in our Flat recently. Actually 2 People are moving out. (In case you have interest in seeing the second room. it's way bigger but naturally also way more expensive)
In our communal flatlife, we like to have a balance: not too loud during the week/ partying on weekends. During the week and on weekendes, we love to either sit in our living room (also smokers room) and have a wine or beer. Or in Summer on our balcony to chill out.
Sidenote: VIEWING APPOINTMENTS WILL ONLY START WITH THE BEGINNING OF FEBRUARY.
