Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter für ein großes, helles Zimmer mit 3 großen Fenstern zur Faulmanngasse. Es ist vollständig möbliert und bietet genügend Stauraum. In einer Wohnung mit 90qm im 2. Stock mit Aufzug.
In der WG gibt es ein geteiltes Bad, Toilette, vollständig ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Außerdem gibt es einen geteilten Vorraum mit Esstisch.
I am renting my room in a shared flat for three months from July-September. It is a big and bright room with 20sm with 3 big windows. It is in a 90sm flat on the second floor with elevator.
In the shared flat there is shared bathroom, toilette, shared and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und mit 5 Gehminuten zum Karlsplatz ist man perfekt ins Netz der Wiener Linien eingebunden.
Der Wiener Naschmarkt mit vielen Restaurants und Cafes ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt.
Im Keller oder Hof gibt es die Möglichkeit sein Fahrrad abzustellen.
The flat is very central. Only 5 walking minutes to the underground station Karlsplatz. It is situated next to the Wiener Naschmarkt with many restaurants and cafes.
In der WG leben 3 liebe und hilfsbereite Freundinnen von mir aus Österreich. Alle im Alter von 23-24 Jahren. 2 von ihnen studieren an der Uni Wien und eine arbeitet als Sozialpädagogin in Wien. Sie sind sehr unternehmungslustig und freuen sich neue Leute kennenzulernen.
3 lovely friends of mine are living in the flat. They are 23,24 years old and studying and working in Vienna. They love meeting new people and can show you around at the area.
