Da ich ab September ein Auslandsstudium machen werde, vermiete ich mein Zimmer möbliert zur Zwischenmiete für fünf Monate. Das Zimmer ist mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Regalbrettern und Kommode ausgestattet. Der Schrank befindet sich auf dem Flur. Die Größe des Zimmers ist mit 10qm zwar recht klein, dafür ist es sehr gemütlich und man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den grünen Innenhof. Außerdem ist es sonnig und hell.
Die Wohnung verfügt zudem über gemeinsam genutzte Ess- und Wohnzimmer, sodass mich das kleine Zimmer nie gestört hat. Außerdem gibt's sogar zwei Balkone. Der größere ist auf den Fotos zu sehen.
Since I'll start my Erasmus semester in the beginning of September, I'll rent my room for 5 months. The room is full furnished. It's quite small but cozy and sunny. From the window you'll have a nice view to the green courtyard.
The flat is provided with two common rooms (living room and dining room), so the small size of my room never bothered me. The flat also has got two balkonies, one of them is on the pictures.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Naschmarkt. Die U-Bahn Stationen Karlsplatz und Kettenbrückengasse sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Lage ist also wirklich super!
The appartment is very central and close to the metro stations Karlsplatz and Kettenbrückengasse.
