Hallo!
In einer großen Wohnung im trendigen Freihausviertel im 4. Bezirk werden ab März zwei WG Zimmer frei, vermietet als 1 Zimmer (aktuell nutze ich sie als Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer). Die Zimmer sind hofseitig, jedoch wirst du mit Ruhe belohnt!
In der WG wohnen Bianca (25) aus Ungarin und Maximilian (26), aus Deutschland. Beide sprechen Deutsch fließend. Sie arbeiten beide Vollzeit und suchen daher auch eine neue/n Mitbewohner/in, die arbeitet oder zumindest einen ähnlichen Rhythmus wie sie teilen. Die Zimmer sind teilweise möbliert (Bett, Kasten, Regal, je nach Absprache ) und in der Wohnung sind alle notwendigen Dinge des Lebens vorhanden.
Wir suchen jemanden, der die Zimmer ab 1. Oktober übernimmt, ich könnte evtl. auch ein paar Tage früher ausziehen, je nachdem.Die Monatsmiete beträgt vsl. 507 € insgesamt, inklusive Betriebskosten und Nebenkosten wie Strom, WLAN und Hausratversicherung.
Die Kaution für dein Zimmer beträgt 1.088 € und wird nach dem Auszug aus der WG zurückerstattet.

Two beautiful rooms (1 as bedroom, the other one as living/storage room), approx. 25m² big together will be free in a nice large apartment in the trendy Freihausviertel in the 4th district, from 1st of October on (or a bit earlier or later, we can talk about it).
Bianca, 25, with whom you would share the apartment, speak Hungarian as a mother tongue and German and English fluently. Max, 26, speaks German as a mother tongue and English fluently. They both work fulltime.
The room is partly furnished (Bed, shelf and some other stuff if you need it ) and the apartment has all the necessities such as Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. All in all, it's an amazing WG! :-)
We are looking for someone to take over the rooms from 1st of October on. The monthly rent is 518 € all inclusive, including electricity, WiFi and home insurance.The deposit is 1.333 € and will be returned once moving out of the WG.

The apartment is just 5 minutes walk from the Karlsplatz (U1, U2, U4) and the Paulanerkirche (1, 62, Badner Bahn), and 10 minutes walk from the Taubstummengasse (U1) and Kettenbrückengasse (U4). On foot you can also reach Naschmarkt, Mariahilferstraße and Kärntnerstraße.

You would live with two easygoing and relaxed roommates - Bianca & Maximilian. Both work full-time, but have an active leisure life and enjoy traveling in the city or nature. Please note, that this is definteley not a students party wg, even though of course its ok to have friends over sometimes, as long as you respect the needs of the others. Also they prefer someone who likes to keep the place clean.
Maximilian is the main tenant with whom you will have the contract with.

Du würdest mit zwei unkomplizierten und entspannten Mitbewohnern zusammenleben - Bianca,25 & Maximilian,26. Sie arbeiten beide hauptberuflich, haben aber ein aktives Freizeitleben. Wenn du in der Küche mal ein Glas Wein trinken oder gemeinsam kochen magst, bist du an der richtigen Adresse. Es ist aber keine Studentenparty-WG! Sie freuen uns über eine/n Mitbewohner/in, der gerne etwas zusammen macht, aber auch die Privatsphäre aller Mitbewohner respektiert und auf Sauberkeit achtet. Über alles weitere können wir einfach bei einem persönlichen kennenlernen reden.
