I am looking for a roommate in a bright apartment in the 4th District from 1st of September or a bit earlier.
The room for rent has 20 m² and it costs € 500 all inclusive (rent, operating expenses, electricity, gas, fast internet, household insurance).
The flat has 80 m² of living area, large, cosy kitchen, newly renovated hallway as well as nice bathroom with bathtub and toilet as an extra room.
There is even a large community garden for everyone in the house :)
The apartment is located exactly between Karlsplatz and Belvedere (7 min walk to the karlsplatz and 7 min walk to Belvedere).
It has a great location for public transportation: just in few minutes you can reach the metro station Taubstummengasse U1 as well as Tram line D, 71 and in 15 min you can also reach the main station.
You will be sharing the flat with me, my name is Edita, I´m 30 years old working full time with social projects. In my free time I like to do sports (I am not really sporty, but I am constantly trying to be :)), reading books, meeting friends or going to an open air cinema during summer. I also dance salsa, when I can.
I have a long experience of living in shared apartments and have proven to be a non-complicated, friendly and chatty flatmate :)
Therefore, I am looking for a female flatmate, who is also easy going, positive person, willing to share a cup of coffee (or tea) and have a chat while sharing a flat with me.
