Hallo,
da ich über den August in Dänemark bin, möchte ich gern mein WG-Zimmer vermieten. Es ist angenehm groß, dank Hochparterre auch recht kühl im Vergleich und bildet einen schönen Rückzugsort nach einem anstrengenden Sommertag.
Das Zimmer ist recht dunkel, die Sonne strahlt nie direkt rein, ich persönlich mag das so, allerdings ist dadurch der Ausblick in einen Innenhof, somit das als kleines Manko.
Ansonsten ist eine Couch vorhanden und 2 Schreibtische, den einen nutze ich für Unisachen, den anderen für Kreatives. Außerdem ist auch eine recht gute Anlage vorhanden. Desweiteren ist im Gang zum Zimmer ein großer Kasten da, den du gern mitbenutzen darfst, Waschmaschine und alles weitere ist auch vorhanden.

I want to rent my room in our shared flat because I will be spending the holidays in Denmark. It is sufficiently large and due to the fact, that the flat is in the first floor, it is always a little bit colder inside than outside which I consider to be very convenient in August.
The room is relatively dark because there is no direct sunlight in there. I personally like that, as I spend all my time outside in Summer anyway, but keep that in mind, if you want to stay inside for extended periods of time. Also, the reason why it is dark is because there is a courtyard right outside the window, which is surrounded by buildings.
Aside from that, there is a couch and 2 tables in the room itself, one I use for studies, the other for creative purposes such as sculpturing and drawing. You can use it in any way you see fit. Also, there is a large wardrobe just outside the room which you can use aswell. Having a washing machine as well, you can store and wash your clothes easily.
Die Lage ist unschlagbar zentral 4-5 Fußminuten vom Rathaus oder Campus entfernt. In direkter Nähe ist die U2, die Trams 5, 33, 43, 44 und der 13A-Bus. Man ist in spätestens 20 Minuten überall in Wien.
Die Anbindung zur U6 und U3 ist auch nahezu direkt, die Lage sollte für alle Zwecke optimal sein.
The location is incredible, the Rathaus (town hall) and Campus are just a few minutes away. Also, there are the trams 5, 33, 43, 44 and the bus 13A just a few minutes away just as the subway station Rathaus for the U2.
Da viele von uns nicht oder nur sporadisch da sein werden, wirst du dir die Wohnung wohl nur mit höchstens 1 oder 2 Personen teilen müssen, von daher sollte das kein Problem sein. Selbst wenn mehr von uns da sein sollten, wir sind eine sehr offene und aufgeschlossene WG.
Kurz zu mir, ich heiße Edward Goncharov, kurz Eddi, und bin 21 Jahre alt. Ich studiere zusammen mit meinen Mitbewohnern Nikita und Anna Psychologie an der Hauptuni.
Außerdem wohnen noch der Marijan und Philipp hier, beide Medizinstudenten, aber höchstwahrscheinlich nicht anzutreffen während den Sommerferien.
Ansonsten frag gern, wenn es Unklarheiten gibt.
Because there are many of us leaving for the holidays and being a shared flat of 5, there will maybe be someone at home with you, but not more than 2 other people. But even if there are more, it should be fine, we are very open and welcoming people.
A short introduction of myself, my name is Edward Goncharov, I am 21 years old and I study psychology with two of my other flat mates Nikita and Anna. I moved here almost two years ago. Also there are Marijan and Philipp who are studying medicinde but those 2 won't be here over the holidays.

Ich suche vor allem jemanden, dem/der ich vertrauen kann, mein Zimmer zu überlassen. Das ist mein erstes Mal, dass ich mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete anbiete, mir sei also eine gewisse Grundparanoia bitte zu vergeben :D Eine kleine Anmerkung nur für Raucher. Grundsätzlich rauchen wir nicht drinnen, dazu gehen wir in den Hinterhof, der direkt neben unserer Tür ist. Einen Balkon gibt es so gesehen nicht.
Aber ja, falls das Angebot dein Interesse weckt oder noch Fragen offen sind, dann bitte nicht zögern und ich wünsche noch einen schönen Tag.

I am especially looking for someone I can trust. This is my first time renting my own room for a month so please excuse the slight anxiety :D Also, if you are a smoker: There is no balcony as such, but you can go to the courtyard, which is a few steps away from our flats entrance.
