Gerne kannst du mir aber auch eine Anfrage für einen anderen Zeitraum als hier angegeben schicken. Ich vermiete das Zimmer nur für jeweils bis zu zwei Monate :-) 1 Monat geht auch!
Das Zimmer ist 24 m2 groß, hat eine superschöne Flügel-Tür, hohe Decken und einen alten schönen Holzboden. Es gibt zwei gut isolierte Fenster, man hört die Autos vom Gürtel kaum.
Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch, zwei tolle Sessel, und ein kleiner Tisch. Sowie eine sehr schöne Kleiderstange und ein simples Regal.
Meine MitbewohnerInnen sind meist Menschen, die ein Praktikum in Wien machen, oder neu in der Stadt sind und sich erst einmal in Wien orientieren wollen.

The room is 24 m2 big, has a beautiful old double-door, high ceilings and a lovely wooden floor. There's two well isolated windows, so you can't hear much of the car-noise outside.
The room is equipped with a bed, a desk, two nice armchairs, and a table. As well as a simple shelf and a very nice clothes rail.
9. Bezirk, DIREKT gegenüber U6 Nußdorfer Straße. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind eine Bio-Pizzeria, Apotheke, Hofer, Billa, Straßenbahnlinien 37 und 38, sowie der Währinger Park und Spittelau.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Grenze zum 18. und 19. Bezirk.
ENGLISH: 9th district, VERY CLOSE to the U6 Nußdorfer Straße. A nice pizzeria, a pharmacy, Hofer, Billa, tram lines 37 and 38, as well as Währinger Park and Spittelau are very close by. The apartment is very close to the 18th and 19th district.

Ich bin 35 und arbeite als Pädagogin an einer Schule. Habe vorher in Stockholm, Düsseldorf und der Mega'metropole' Tirol gelebt.

Die Wohnung ist 110 m2 groß und es gibt ein schönes Wohnzimmer (25 m2). Die Küche ist mit einem Geschirrspüler ausgestattet und im Badezimmer steht natürlich eine Waschmaschine.

The apartment is 110 m2 big. There's a lovely 25 m2 living room. The kitchen is equipped with a dish washer and there is a washing machine in the bathroom.
