Hi Wohnungssuchende :)
Mein Name ist Katrin und ich stelle mein Zimmer hier hinauf weil ich mit Juni aus aus meiner netten 2er WG ziehe und damit es nicht leer steht über den Sommer. Vielleicht finden wir uns ja zusammen :)
!Achtung Leute! Der Miet-Zeitraum ist ab jetzt (Mitte Juni) bis Ende September! Näheres dazu unter "Sonstiges"!
Kurz zur Wohnung:
Zu Beginn - ich habe mich immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das tollste an der Wohnung ist der Balkon, die Helligkeit und die Lage. Wir sind direkt ums Eck vom Yppenplatz (tollster Ort zum draußen sein/ für Kaffee etc.), dennoch gehen die Fenster der Wohnung in den ruhigen Innenhof, daher ist es nicht laut.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem getrennten Bad+ WC, einer Wohnküche, 2 separat begehbaren Zimmern & einem geräumigen Balkon (siehe Fotos). Näheres zu Sebastian, der in der Wohnung bleibt, siehst du unter WG-Leben.
Mein Zimmer übergebe ich in Absprache mit so vielen Möbelstücken wie du brauchen kannst (momentane Einrichtung siehe Fotos). Das einzige, das fix drin bleiben soll, ist das Bett.

My name is Katrin and I'm putting my room up here because I'm moving out of my nice 2-person flat in June. I hope the room does not stay empty all summer long - which is why I put it up here :)

Briefly about the apartment:
I've always felt very comfortable here. The best thing about the apartment is the balcony, the brightness of the rooms and the location. We are right around the corner from Yppenplatz (greatest place to be outside/ for coffee etc), yet the windows of the apartment go into the quiet courtyard, so it's not noisy.
The apartment consists of a separate bathroom+ WC, an eat-in kitchen/ living room, 2 separately accessible rooms & a spacious balcony (see photos).

I hand my room over with as many pieces of furniture as you need (current furnishings see photos). The only thing that should stay fixed is the bed.

Die Wohnung liegt am Yppenplatz, Samstags ist regionaler Bauernmarkt, ansonsten gibt es den Brunnenmarkt, beste Lage für Falafel Döner.
U-bahn Anbindung (ca. 5min.) ist U6 Josefstätter Straße, Straßenbahn 2 (ca. 5min.) oder 44 (1min.) - Supermarkt/Eis/Bar etc. in unmittelbarer Nähe. Fahrradstellplatz gibt es im Innenhof.
In die Innenstadt braucht man ca. 20-30mins, zum Schwimmen an die Donau ebenso.

The apartment is located on Yppenplatz, Saturdays is regional farmers market, otherwise there is the Brunnenmarkt, best location for falafel kebab.
Underground connection (approx. 5min.) is U6 Josefstätter Straße, tramlines 2 (approx. 5min.) or 44 (1min.) - supermarket/ice cream/bar etc. are all very close. Bicycle parking is available inside the house, in the courtyard.
To the city center you need about 20-30mins, to swim to the Danube as well.

Sebastian, mein jetziger Mitbewohner, ist 26 und arbeitet Vollzeit, macht ca. 2x/Wo. homeoffice.
Sebi ist sportlich, lieb und aufmerksam, viel unterwegs und auch gern mal auf der Couch am zocken.
Mit ihm zu wohnen ist unkompliziert und nett, er macht tollen Kaffee!
Was wir uns wünschen ist eine Person die rücksichtsvoll ist (nicht um Mitternacht wochentags noch superlaut Musik hört etc.) und ... lieb halt (:

Sebastian, my current flatmate, is 26 and works full time, works from home about 2 times/week.
Sebi is sporty, kind and attentive, much on the road with friends, but also likes to play stuff and hang out on the couch.
Living with him is uncomplicated and nice, he makes the best coffee!
What we want is a person who is considerate (doesnt play super loud music at midnight during weekdays etc.) and ... you know, just someone nice (:

Zum Miet-Zeitraum:
Da ein Freund von Sebastian Ende September in die Wohnung einzieht, ist das Zimmer leider nur bis da hin zu haben. Wir sind alle recht flexibel mit den Daten dazwischen - am liebsten wäre uns, für Juli/August/September die selbe Person hier einziehen zu haben - also für möglichst alle Sommermonate. Menschen, die in diesem Zeitraum eine Bleibe suchen, werde ich dementsprechend (wegen des organisatorischen Aufwands) auch vorziehen.
Schreib mich gerne an, wenn du Interesse hast. Wir können Zoomen oder du kommst vorbei.

About the rental period:
Since a friend of Sebastian moves into the apartment at the end of September, the room is unfortunately only available until then. We are all quite flexible with the dates in between - although we would prefer to have the same person move in here for July/August/September - so for all summer months. People who are looking for a place to stay during this period will be preferred by me (because of the organizational effort).
