I'm looking for someone to share this beautiful apartment, since my previous roommate is leaving to study abroad. The room is free from 1. October, it is already mobilized and, if you want, you can keep this furniture (the price is in "Sonstiges").

Apartment is on 1st floor with a view on courtyard.
The location is in 12. District, there is a 62 tram and Badner Bahn station right near the living place, with which it takes 15-20 min to reach center. Meidling Train Station is also a 20-minute walk away. The U6 Niederhofstrasse and U4 Margaretengürtel subway stations can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.

My name is Yana, I'm originally from Belarus, but live in Vienna more than 2 years already :)
I study Journalism at University of Vienna, which I really love even though I never thought I would enjoy writing haha. I'm also a model, and since this summer I leave Austria for contracts time to time. I would love to share some of funny stories that happened to me in this profession, this is a topic a can talk forever about. My second passion is ballet, I started not so long ago, but from first day it brought me much joy and I would love to continue and gain some skills in this field.
I prefer a friendly and cosy atmosphere in WG. I am open to helping each other and making company. I also like to walk around the city, go to new places (big love to Vienna's museums), cooking together and just having a good time. For me home is a comfortable place, somewhere, where I come to calm myself after urban life and big amount of people. But I also love to invite friends for dinner sometimes, our apartment is perfect for it. Me and my neighbor love to keep our place of living clean and aesthetically coordinated, so I love to buy new plants/pieces of furniture to make add something to the look. I think it makes living more enjoyable. I would love to hear your home-time-spending preferences and I'm sure we'll get along :)
Apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 guestroom, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, kitchen and a hall. The guestroom is partially mobilized (everything as on photo, except sofa and big table with chairs, which belongs to my neighbor and she takes the, with her). Everything else will be kept.

(This are prices, that we have paid until now, since from the departure of my neighbor I will renegotiate contracts for Internet, etc., but the prices should not change much.)
Furniture in your room is 500 euro (bed, table, bookshelf, wall shelves, two large chests of drawers, clothes rack, two mirrors).
There is also some furniture in other rooms to be discussed. With my previous neighbor we just bought each piece of furniture, which we later would prefer to keep or resell to the next tenants. It's a wonderful process to create a cosy place to live through the input of every resident!
