Da ich etwas Abstand von meinem Doktorat brauche und ab Oktober für ein Jahr auf Reisen (und Bildungskarenz) gehe, vermiete ich während dieser Zeit mein Zimmer unter. Das sehr geräumige Zimmer hat etwas mehr als 20 qm, ein großes sonniges Fenster auf die ruhige Margareten Straße (noch Seitengasse der Operngasse) und wird möbliert vermietet.
Die Einrichtung wie auf den Bildern würde so bleiben, es sei denn du würdest Couch, Sessel oder Schreibtisch nicht brauchen.
Prinzipiell würde ich jemanden suchen, die/der über die gesamte Zeit bleibt. Solltest du jedoch für ein halbes Jahr suchen, wäre dies mit entsprechender Kommunikation vorab auch denkbar.

As I need some time off from my doctorate and will be travelling (and taking educational leave) for a year from October, I am subletting my room during this time. The very spacious room has a little more than 20 sqm, a large sunny window overlooking the quiet Margareten Straße (still a side street of Operngasse) and will be rented furnished.
The furnishings as shown in the pictures would remain the same, unless you don't need the couch, armchair or desk.
In principle, I would look for someone who would stay for the whole time. However, if you are looking for half a year, this would also be possible with appropriate communication in advance.
Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral in der Operngasse im 4. Bezirk, ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Karlsplatz und Naschmarkt, 2 Minuten von der Technischen Universität und 10 Minuten von der Oper entfernt.
Prinzipiell ist aufgrund der Lage alles wunderbar mit dem Rad oder den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Die Ubahn-Station Karlsplatz (U1 & U4) sind ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten entfernt, Straßenbahn-Station Resselgasse 2 Minuten und eine Bus-Station (59A) ist gleich vor der Türe.
Supermärkte Billa und Hofer gibt es gleich nebenan, sowie unzählige Restaurants und Lokale entlang der Operngasse, Schleifmühlgasse und Wiedner Hauptstraße.
Auch ein Fitness-Studio (Evo) hat erst kürzlich gleich um´s Eck aufgemacht.

The apartment is centrally located on Operngasse in the 4th district, about 5 minutes walk from Karlsplatz and Naschmarkt, 2 minutes from the Technical University and 10 minutes from the Opera.
Due to the location, everything is easily accessible by bike or public transport. The underground station Karlsplatz (U1 & U4) is only 5 minutes away, the tram station Resselgasse is 2 minutes away and a bus stop (59A) is right outside the door.
Billa and Hofer supermarkets are right next door and there are numerous restaurants and bars along Operngasse, Schleifmühlgasse and Wiedner Hauptstrasse.
A fitness studio (Evo) has also recently opened just around the corner.
Du würdest zusammen mit Tilman, Web-Developer, Musiker und Performance-Artist wohnen.
Tillman ist super offen und umgänglich, betreibt viel Sport, macht Musik und ist neben seinem aktiven Engagement in der Wiener Kulturszene vielseitig interessiert.
Unsere WG ist keine Zweck-WG, sondern eher eine sehr gute Freundschaft mit vielen gemeinsamen Aktivitäten!
Natürlich kann jeder seine Ruhe haben und einfach die Türe zu machen (wir sind selbst beide berufstätig), aber grundsätzlich wird eine Person gesucht, die ähnlich offen ist und Interesse daran hat, auch mal gemeinsam abends zusammen zu sitzen, was zu kochen, ein Bier zu trinken oder was zu unternehmen.
