Das Zimmer ist ein kleines, komplett eingerichtetes, helles Zimmer. Das Fenster geht zur ruhigen Straße (Spielstraße und Sackgasse, daher sehr wenig Verkehr).
Um im Home Office zu arbeiten, könntest du das Wohnzimmer mit dem großen Tisch nutzen (üblicherweise sind wir untertags ausser Haus).
The room is a small, fully furnished, bright room. The window faces a quiet street (play street and dead end, therefore very little traffic).
For working from gome, you could use the big desk in the living room (during the day we are usually out of the flat).

Wir wohnen ganz in der Nähe vom Riesenrad und vom riesigen grünen Prater, mit Wiesen, Wäldern und Laufmöglichkeiten.
Die Station Praterstern mit U-Bahnen, S-Bahnen, Bussen und Straßenbahnen ist ganz in der Nähe.
We live very close to the Giant Wheel and the huge green Prater, with meadows, woods and running trails.
The Praterstern station with subway, suburban trains, buses and streetcars is very close by.

Achtung: Wir sind eine kleine Familie: Ich (Frau, 37 Jahre) wohne hier mit meinen beiden Kindern (5 und 8).
Allerdings: Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig, sodass jeder seinen eigenen Raum haben kann und wir uns sicherlich nicht im Weg sind. Die Kinder sind außerdem teilweise nicht in der Wohnung (untertags als auch mehrere Tage am Stück pro Woche)
Die Wohnung selbst ist schön und groß, du kannst dich im Wohnzimmer entspannt aufhalten, und natürlich die Küche nutzen. Bei uns steht ein Klavier und ein Rudergerät, welche du gerne beide benützen darfst.
Wir sind grundsätzlich offen und kommunikativ. Je nachdem wie du möchtest, können wir viel oder wenig miteinander zu tun haben. Wir sollten uns gegenseitig nicht im Wege stehen und dafür sorgen, dass es grundsätzlich ein freundliches Miteinander ist.
Please note: We are a small family: I (woman, 37 years old) live here with my two children (5 and 8).
However, the apartment is very large and spacious, so everyone can have their own space and we certainly don't get in each other's way. The children are also sometimes not in the apartment (during the day as well as several days a week).
The apartment itself is nice and spacious, you can relax in the living room and of course use the kitchen. We have a piano and a rowing machine, both of which you are welcome to use.
We are generally open and communicative. Depending on how you like it, we can have a lot or a little to do with each other. We should not stand in each other's way and make sure that we are always friendly with each other.
Bevorzugt Zwischenmiete für ein paar Wochen/Monate oder auch nur mehrere Tage. Zeitraum flexibel.
Die Kosten beinhalten die Miete des Zimmers einschließlich Mobiliar, Heizung, WLAN, Nutzung der Einrichtungen in der Wohnung einschließlich Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine usw.
Preferably interim rent for a few weeks/months or just a few days. Period flexible.
